I highly doubt you will get them figures for that money, and as for paying over the odds, have you checked serica share price? £600M?Why would you bid almost 100% premium to current price? I’m not sure if you have done any research on sqz but they are to have 35kboepd next year (80%gas 20%oil)with no debt and 100M cash, at an mcap of just over £300M,so you would say a bid of £400M would be overpriced?

288 mcap and £250 m in unrestricted cash, so the recent ‘rise’ has shown virtually no recognition for this companys true value and merely tracked cash levels again.
Realistically this should be £35 as things stand imho.

when the next deal comes my sell targets will probably double with it, hardest thing with this share is actually bringing yourself to sell some.
