21p old PMO money when we were sat around 32p after the merger was announced. If anyone think the BOD are happy with the current mcap I think you may need a rethink.

If the BOD want to till some equity next year they are going to want a lot better price than this! I can definitely see a healthy dividend to boost our mcap and send us on our way to the FTSE 100

The thing is this stock is still so undervalued that observers/commentators think this is a rise. It’s 21p old money!! It hasn’t even begun, it’s just been creditor shares finding new homes to investors who will wait to see £6+

Karmakanix it’s as if you just happen to be in whenever it rises but never when it drops. It’s almost, unbelievable? ;-)

I wish I had an average of 185 here, try 425. I had a brief experience of being in profit here for a day a couple of weeks ago then the next day my PF lost 20k in a day with the drop. Good job I’ve learned to sit on my hands isn’t it!

I certainly do, only bought a couple of weeks back on the retrace at 185 after being on my watch list for a long time. I bought because I think they will get t/o soon and I think the unhedged production and Astronomical gas prices are perfect for us to utilise our tax advantages. I also think gas prices will remain stable as we realise we can’t rely on the nord pipeline.

Could HBR bod be looking to buy their way into the FTSE 100 with an acquisition to reboot the market cap and push us over the threshold? They obviously want to offload some equity next year when lock ups end but I think they will be looking for a much better share price to feed into than this.
I think acquisition news could be imminent along with a serious rerate in the next few months, the way this share price is bouncing back even when all has taking an absolute hammering shows we must have a serious buyer in the background taking whatever they can.

I was invested in rock rose from £4 when we sold out for £200m with the same amount in the bank… I know we had bid decoms in 2030 but it was robbery. I hope your right and I totally agree that that valuation should be commanded but getting it is a different ball game and I think that’s why this SP gets dragged back and shaken so much at these current levels. They want to be able to say “30% premium to yesterday’s closing price” or something along those lines that makes it sound like a juicy offer when in fact the share price would reach that in days if just left alone IMO. Could be wrong and we could just have a seller but I think they have been and gone.

I would agree but I have a feeling one morning your going to miss out on an RNS stating a bid in the region of £700m has been made for Serica. They are trying to squeeze every weak hand they can out at the minute To hold this in a this range IMO.

I see the ‘science’ is banging on about this variant being more transmissible trying to scare everyone again and cause another market melt down. It’s funny how they twist words, more transmissible but they will never tell you it’s less dangerous. But protect the NHS please, they’re very stretched because we’ve sacked half of them, cheers.

Hopefully because a big fat juicy dividend is about to be announced or even better an acquisition.
