If they did up the bid to trigger sells at 1.9p they are filling a large order.

Because it’s nothing other than a vehicle for dumping equity and the market knows it. Very undervalued but very abused. Oh and us mere 5 percenters are just an inconvenience it would seem to our BOD.
I’ve always said I expect a TO at a very low price £5 ish so this will continue to be suppressed.
