Devonlad, that’s because judging by your message you don’t understand the ‘conspiracy theory’. You still beleive in tax revenues as a legitimate income. They print money at will when it suits them, they don’t need tax revenues. They print money to push more debt on the people that beleive the government are looking after them and then say we need that money back, we are putting your tax up to pay for it.
The only goal of the government is to load people and buisness with crippling debt and then reposes those company’s.

The national debts of all nations apart from a few like Russia are unserviceable, they can never be paid back, currency’s are worthless and it is people’s belief in the system like yours that is only thing given that £20 in your pocket any value.

In my opinion all NS oil companies should negotiate with UK Gov so windfall tax only comes into effect at $100+ oil. If this can’t be agreed then companies should run down UKNS operations and invest outside UKNS.

No body looks at this the right way, they way of the government. How can you not see that they want NSEA production to dry up, it makes the prices unaffordable so they can push to have you hooked up to electric.
Like I’ve said before the media will twist the minds of the idiots that oil and gas producers left because they didn’t want to pay their share of tax to the ‘cost of living crisis’ which the government created intentionally via lockdowns.
Most electric is still powered by natural gas really so the government want to nationalise that and take control of it for themselves.

Because EIG were offloading like 16% of their holding, that’s why it dropped to those levels then.
Unless they are offloading again (which wouldn’t surprise me with this bunch of crooks) then the share price has no buisness being where it is at £3.

Nooo disagree with that oil. £3 is already ridiculous for harbour with the cash we are pumping out. It’s just been trashed by a combination of U.K. government and the BOD in cahoots with EIG while they cash in, it’s left a nasty stigma with investors.

With regards to HBR I would say we have suffered enough and well beyond what we deserve so days like today are just some of the slack being taken up. Still insanely undervalued with gas where it is, the oil price is being played like a fiddle,is it just another coincidence it was after the WT was implemented its dropped ever since?

We need to take SQZ now while it’s cheap, £1B would buy it, majority paid with their own cash. Then hedge their whole production at £2per therm for aslong as possible, even down to £1 per therm long term. It’s a no brainer, we need to lock in some hedging at these prices while we let the old hedges unwind. That would bring so much confidence back to HBR and would set the SP on fire, then we can push to diversy overseas.

Nice climb in the last 10 minutes though… just need about 20 of those.

You believe oil and gas will significantly increase past what we have already had? £120 oil didn’t move hbr and neither did £4-£5 gas.

And no, when a company is getting shorted like we are anyone with half a brain knows dividends would be much better use of cash and would make the shorters think twice about continuously building on their position.
I have been here from PMO days with $30 oil,20p per therm,and just shy of $3B debt and we were valued more than we are today, forgive me if the whole “patience required” and “it’s a long term investment” statements are wearing a bit thin.

No one is happy with the share price where it is and no one would chose a £3 share price over £4 share just so we get to buy back our own shares back that no one else wants, at the expense of our Own cash pile I will add.

We stopped tracking the oil price a long time ago when it was around $120 but now you think we should be grateful for tracking it down but atleast it’s only 1% a day? Also your comparison of prices is pointless, company’s operate in different country’s and have multiple factors effecting their share prices, to say we should be grateful to be where we are is just ridiculous.
You forgot to mention the likes of shell and BP if we are making crazy comparisons…
