Here’s my honest opinion. Deal will be done. EME will only receive payments (no cash buy out). Payments won’t begin till gas field is operational 2-3 years away. Market won’t like the deal SP likely to fall back to 0.04-0.05. Best case

Worst case raise Monday SP 0.06-0.07. Then the deal market don’t like it hello 0.025

Anyone developing the gas field has a minimum 2 year wait to see revenue probably longer. Any deal will be complicated, full of caveats. You muppets honestly think some company’s going to say here’s 100 million quid cash right now.

Yes but you’re failing to understand is anyone developing the gas field will not just pay out 100’s millions upfront as they simply won’t have that level of free cash. Any deal will be staged. No one will buy EME out no need to. EME have zero control here. Any money they do receive goes first to pay down the debts owe. Market knows this hence never beaching 0.15
