Punter1234. The shares are for services. So they maybe won’t send over the finished report till the shares are active. That way no rules have been broken. Even if it was a normal paid for service they might not release the report until they’ve been paid

Because the shares are lieu of payment. They won’t release the RNS until those shares are active then who ever has them can cash in the rise

Logic says the shares have gone to either Spourle or the company completing the 3d seismic Both would know if there’s helium and to what level. So this should be a positive. But come on let’s have some actual news enough’s enough here

I’m trying to see a positive. A company would only accept shares in lieu of payment if they knew a good rise was imminent. Well that’s what I’m hoping.
