I really hope we have missed something. Otherwise I am gobsmacked that we as long and in some cases very long term holders are underwater from the start relisting. I know this is a great deal but come on... we have been thrown a deal with no perks after we funded it.

Just a thought on this. They could over raise before the go live... I wonder if they might say ok we can let you get in at the placing price.

I spoke to Walbrook only yesterday and they have no new information from the company.

So if you are getting "rumours" or spreading "fake news" you're not doing the RTO any favours.

Or am I missing that you have insider knowledge...

I think that summarises my only problem with the transaction very well.

I honestly hope we are missing something. I totally agree we should have been given the ability to lower our average.

We effectively paid for the BOD for 19 months with significant risk.

Well they are trying to do a placing / fundraise so that will take time. They can't let us vote on the transaction unless they have cash in the bank to operate the business from day one.

I think the vast majority of us have broken even or lost some money. I don't think anyone has made money.

However, the 10p price does NOT mean the price we will be at the end of the first day of trading.

I hope somebody has submitted a question to get answers on this and where shareholder value comes from after two years of being locked out and a lot of risk.

I emailed them yesterday and I got the generic response that Walbrook had no new info. Safe to say I give them some feedback to pass up the chain.

Not to bash the board or anyone involved but this does NOT give anyone currently or new investors any confidence they can run a business going forward IF we proceed with the transaction.
