It would help if we got those up to date accounts they were suppose to produce in a previous RNS... the reason they haven't been realised could be telling

Well I emailed to see it the accounts were done and if we were moving to marketing and they said nothing has changed since the previous RNS. This was Friday.

Bit of a joke how we have waited this long with zero understanding of next steps and no replies.

I might call next week.

You won’t get a response I have sent three in the last two weeks.

They said they wouldn’t be replying to individuals but 7 months is ridiculous with little to no updates.

Do the shareholders need to vote on the proposed transaction / candidate before they can submit the admission documents?

Surely the transaction need to be approved first.

We will get another reply from IFC saying 1st or 2nd week or May

Well they will do a raise upon or before listing anyway.
SO I would say the cash shell only needs enough to keep the lights on and pay for any associated costs.
We know they are not paying IFC so not in all cases.
