Which comes first the vote or the admission document?

According to Walbrook - "marketing is now not expected to commence until the second half of April 2021. As such, should the Proposed Transaction proceed, it is expected that Motif will now publish the AIM Admission Document in late April or early May 2021."

So either there is ANOTHER delay or we should have something in the next few days.

What I don't understand is how long it takes the "AIM Admission Document" to be approved so we can vote on the transaction.

We could be looking like months away from go live.

Question 7. Is Allan going to step down from his current role and be full-time in this?

My only gripe is I’ll be disappointed if one day one an investor gets the same reward as us. That’s where it hurts. We could have watched on the sideline with no money locked up and invested on day one of relisting.

If you want to see the ups and downs of an RTO and everyone critiquing a transaction. Some have lost and some have won.

I agree with both Neil and Mark.
I’m grateful for such a great transaction. However, until we see the opening price we don’t know what our reward is for the last 2 years.

I’m looking forward to the call to see all the cyber warriors choke up and not say a dicky bird.

So we know the consolidation and some placing shares and our entry price but not the go live price.

That’s the crucial part

50% a year is hardly worth it, I just hope something sends this flying. Otherwise we have kept the lights on for scraps.

The more I read this the more I think we have been shafted. 500-1 consolidation at 10p go live price returns us our money at 5p we double.... how is this a good deal?
