MTFB need to raise cash to complete the RTO. Out of the advisors, board and previously connected companies is there anyone that is the obvious choice they will raise funds from?

It would be my advice and I have forwarded it to the BOD that we should be allowed access to the raise. We should really have first right of refusal (we probably don't have that luxury) However, it might be worth a call to the obvious choices and see if we can get into the fundraise.

FTSE looks to have stabilised and going back up as well. You could be right.

I don't know a huge amount about it but I was watching a tv show over the weekend about a new cruise liner being built and a guy in Rolls Royce overalls was in one of the sections.

Shipping has continued throughout lockdown, not sure how much revenue it equates to.

Given our marketcap I wonder if the US guys will buy some of this when they wake up...

Gold - yeah I think that is one of those where you put the car in the shed and hope in 5 years time somebody wants it.

You will be consolidated and then those shares will have a price. Hopefully at a good discount to the go live price. You might even be given the option to buy more for that price if they are feeling nice to us.

Interesting thing with Nigeria and Africa in general is they're on a similar time zone. So if somebody in the government or friends of the government have been given word they will be awake whilst the market is open...

In theory if they have taken equity vs cash that is a very strong sentiment towards the future of the business we are buying. The clearly are not short-sighted and want a quick buck.

Be interesting if that price monitoring RNS slows it down. Leaky information maybe?

Don't think charts mean much when it is based on sentiment and rumours of licences. But what do I know... I do know I am making money which is rare for me haha

Just a thought. The reason for the accounts/audit could have been part of a financing deal and also the re-admission.

I wouldn't at all be surprised if we don't see the prospectus this week. With a presentation in a week and a GM to vote on it towards the end of the month with the view to relisting a few days after.

My timeline guess is a relisting around early June.

Possibly, nobody says no to a free lunch unless another free lunch is better...
