BRO.... explain then and give people some of your wisdom.
The current price suspended is 0.01799 and people are saying the relist price should be 0.12 - can anyone validate this?
So my calcs
I currently have 2,465,882 units at a price of 0.01668 after a 10:1 consolidation I will have 246588 then if you simple times the price by 10 your new price is 0.01668 which breaks you even. Can somebody validate this?
So my summary
If the price on relist is 0.12 and you bought it anywhere near the 0.01799 price after consolidation and the rumoured price of 0.12 you should get a 4x return....
But why should an investor on day one of relist get a bigger gain vs the people that took the risk.
The shareholders who took the risk and decided to be locked out of their cash for almost a year deserve a decent return.
So the BOD want the price as low as possible then really
Screw the pre-suspension investors to line their greedy wallets
Tempted to vote NO so they don't get any back pay if the deal isn't good enough.
I am not vote yes for a deal where a day one investors or PB investor gets a better gain than I do
They 100% have squeaky bums, they will be watching this board and hearing the peasant sharpen their sticks and Primary Bid investors will be pretty thing on the ground.
Show us some value for all this risk and patience.
Doesn't give you any idea of placing price, MCAP post placing or anything
So we are still in the dark
YAWN
@jonesrichard no new shares will be issued until the shareholders vote YES to the deal. Primary Bid are merely running and creating a book.
So nothing needs to be done until we vote for it.
Primary Bid are a decent firm and have been around for a while. I highly doubt they are having technical issues.
They more than likely had had little interest and don't want to give us an update saying they couldn't get any punters in.
The BoD have done jack crap since the last video update.
Even if I had the spare cash I wouldn't top up out of principle.
Kinds want to see the deal die so they don't get a bonus.
if I make £0 profit after taking all the risk and for a primary bid investor to make a quick 10-30% I will vote NO
We have the power to block the deal.
Probs couldn't fill the book due to the poor offer.
Low Prices
1.2 is that pre or post consolidation, I guessing post which means we would relist with 0% gain from the 0.1799 price?
My maths must be wrong.
Don't remember that SP pre suspension will be tiny compared to the new shareholders on relist.
Even if we say a 2/3/4/5 bag situation and we all sold it wouldn't be that much in terms of shares in issue / volume
Might be dead if they can't raise the cash from the placing
The deal will be DEAD if shareholders vote NO
I will vote NO if the deal is not good enough
Can't figure out if the BOD are naive or ****y but to not really update shareholders with any real info and expect us and new investors to apply to the placing is quite funny.
Where TR1 belongs to you mate
The offering has 1 more day left to run. Some of the whales will come in at the end.
I would be happy with 1-5 bags but if anyone expects more than a 10x they will be upset.
If we get our cash back on re-listing that is the worse situation as we took all the risk.
I would be shocked if investors at 0.1700 didn't get any uplift in price... however nothing surprises me on here anymore.
Good luck all.
