Don't think the interview will be today would have thought it would have been advertised at least yesterday. Maybe end of the week or early next week depending on the annual financials coming out this week might incorporate it in one?

Much more in line with my estimations Snowking although id say 12 months from here rather than by March. Looks like you've allowed for some pessimistic Costs which gives wiggle room if the discount is more etc.

So even with a 3.5k (the lower end of Chuggs assumption) price at 50k tonnes you still wouldn't see it warranting buying in because of those 3 points.

That is a strange one for me as that would definitely see a larger market cap than where we are now regardless of my own opinion on GR

Correct that's what I'm referring to as the transactional documents that the RNS states aiming to be within one month.
There may be additional information that's comes in the forward looking statement for the accounts due that helps narrow it down before then

I agree with the point but I think if that's the case SK and anyone else can't also rely on a price for turnover and in equal measure as you assign to Daz spreading FUD the same is in equal measure for whatever acronym you assign to the opposite of FUD.

I'd be surprised to not be given some basis of the contract/floor price once the transactional documents are complete. Whether that requires some maths to give an idea and or a stronger basis for assumptions at least. At some point PREM would be needing to tell the market something on their projections for revenue so it will be more reliably probable for Daz and SK and the like

Personally the contract price can't really be ignored Chuggs as it's quite pivotal to everything.

It's pivotal to determine how much revenue would be generated, very key to Snowkings assumptions on revenue generated, very key to how much could could or couldn't be used for mine expansions, very key to how much money could be used to cover costs of discovery in the rest of the EPO, very key to disprove Daz.

So all in all i'd say VERY KEY and not one to just ignore.

I'd like to think this would be made clear in the next month following all the remaining paperwork being signed etc.

I'd like to think that the costing have been done prudently enough and contractually agreed that this wouldn't happen.

I'd also think that the focus would be on the mine and then using cash generation from the sale of the lithium to be cover the expansion, further exploration.

Steward that's exactly right. It's constantly ignored about 100 percent of Zulu as a statement of fact. Yes 100 percent of Zulu is owned by PREM but 13 percent of PREM was sold for 12 million to make that happen.

So if the size of PREM is taken into account and the potential that is constantly assumed then 13 percent of that for 12 million is an absolute bargain.

It's got us to where we are now and the funding for the pilot. If it was the best deal on the table then the other offers can't have been much to shout about.

There is still plenty of upside from where we are now to where we "should" be in 9 months and whether there was a better option, route, speedier way to get there we will never know for sure.

Do I think the SP should be higher than it is now with what we know - YES
Do I think we will see at least 1p by time pilot is built - YES
Do I wish the positive assumptions of some come to pass - YES
Will Daz ever invest in PREM - Unlikely

Also I'm not expecting 10x bagger I'm conservative in my estimation. My anticipation would be around 1p to 1.5p based on what is currently available. That may change as more information becomes clearer

Think that's very conservative when the RNS alludes to an expectation to clear the prepayment in 12 months.

I'd be expecting 2k as a pessimistic discounted price I can't see it being below 2k but at the same point I can't see if being up at 5k either as a discount. I'd be more than happy to be surprised at the top end!

You shouldn't get swept up in just the guesstimated revenue from others it's your own due diligence.

I agree with that comment wolframite. I accept the risks associated with it.

Daz you clearly don't accept the risks or see any value in investing currently and I guess that's your strategy. At the end of the day those invested will get rewarded well, not at all or somewhere in between.

It's not moaning if you are just highlighting the risks along with the benefits and are interested about the floor price/discounted price mentioned. It's fact checking as there have been some calculations based on turnover which a price has been used for. It may be they are exaggerated slightly but it maybe they aren't.

Just worth noting that as they are also not privy to the "commercial deal" but are more than happy to predict the turnover. You therefore must accept that others may be more cautious on the prediction of turnover.

The floor price may not be firmed up yet.

Any loan would still require security so would also have its own set of risks.

At the end of the day the deal is decent in my eyes, but everyone is entitled to an opinion on it. How good the deal is depends on hitting the deadline markers and more detail around the floor price would certainly give some good analysis on expected revenue. Hopefully those risks will become clearer or reduce as more info flows and the timeline progresses.

It's a huge step forward to where it was last week and to get into production cant be seen as anything but positive and the route has been confirmed.

I think there is Uncertainty and Doubt, it would be naive to not be Fearful of that. I don't think it's being spread, merely highlighted which again is required to provide balance to some non discounted spod prices being spouted around.
