Jenkoo I agree with your timeline from where we are now. Once it's generating revenue it must increase the value. It's along way off a ten bag, a long way...that's only happening in a perfect storm and a pocket full of 4 leaf clovers

There would have to be some serious buying which would alert the market to something if they were trying to get it on the cheap so I can't see it happening.

Proving up what's in the ground and if we remain on track with updates to hit the deadlines but even then it's an uphill battle in these market conditions until actual income generation.

The market needs confidence more than ever. It maybe that we linger at this SP all the way until March and then spike. It may be that we spike at any point before.

I think the Ramping on overstated market cap is what makes this so unappealing to some. It's like saying I have a lottery ticket in 12 months I will win.

The ramping is more dangerous than the deramping. Start small in stages and be realistic on the estimations. On the chance things happen sooner and sentiment turns great but currently twitter is filled with ridiculous market cap assumptions based off a pilot mine and it dilutes the positives of where PREM are.

Potential to hit a 200 million market cap is more realistic than 1 billion from where PREM is now. Assuming a profit of circa 80 million per annum for 3 years is more realistic to where PREM is now.

Finally. That's the sort of post you should have on the Twitter. A bandwidth showing the considerations. That shows more consideration has been given to the risks rather than purely rainbow numbers.

It negates the opportunity for naysayers and "derampers" to get hung up on the rainbow as there isn't much to disprove other than GR doesn't hit timelines which we can't disprove until the progress happens over the coming months.

I don't disagree with that Chuggs it's much more derisked than it was.

I would just air on the side of caution in terms of the discount and floor price. Yes floor price is a guaranteed bottom price but no body knows.

The problem with assuming is often it's because that's what you want to see. Often what you want doesn't materialise in that way and leaves frustration.

Under promise, over deliver increases sentiment much greater. It would go along way in building confidence in a share which ultimately moves on that alone in PREM.

I've read the Twitter figures based on these assumptions and the SP movement means one of two things. No one else other than those that share the same figures believe that to be the case or no one is actually willing to risk any money until they have more assurances on price, projections, timelines etc.

Either way they result in the same thing lack of confidence.

If George has managed to secure a discount of 10 percent then great but as an investor I would rather assume he hasn't and be surprised than assume he has and be disappointed

What make you think it's 10 percent? Less likely 5 or 15 and even less likely 20 percent. I'm just trying to figure out the basis for that. Or is this an educated guess based on you don't think GR would agree to 20 and that Suzhou would agree to a smaller percentage

I would assume that the discount would be more complex than a straight forward fixed percentage on the prior periods average.

I'm not deramping as it will be cash generative and ahead of previous predictions Of 2024/25 and getting there early means Zulu are in a stronger position for expansion if they are generating there own cash.

The more the price of lithium increases the greater the chance of an offer of a buyout. Personally I'd like my investment completely de risked with a purchase of Zulu. I'd rather take a smaller but not insignificant return with no risk and then continue to explore the other areas for gains.

Where did you find that it was a 10 percent discount Chuggley? I can't find that anywhere?
