A thought why GH may be leaving (?)
I think so far along the journey it’s absolutely accepted GH has been first class .
However a miner he is not by his own admission!
So a curve ball SD comes in as CEO of GGP- and takes control of all JV’s and the future mining of GGP.
Ggp then set up a separate arms length exploration company so we have -mining and exploration ..GGP share holds receive equal shares to existing holdings in the new company GGP/EXP. EXPLORATION (?).. I wonder if we know somebody with a track record who could successfully manage an exploration company, has a large holding in the company and has continually and consistently spoken and delivered on shareholder value ?
Maybe GH isn’t really going anywhere -just side ways ?who knows

First 2019, then 20 , I certainly wouldn’t bet on 2021 - con man Parry has hit a timeline yet -lie after lie , just kicking the can down the road -next quote out of the con man Q1 2022!!!!

A coupe of years back , it was early Jan and we were expecting late , overdue news from Newmont on EG. The news was a disaster at the time , the share price dropped about 60% early trading -imagine the irony of GH dropped Scally results on that anniversary !

It’s great we have solid geo experience contributing to the board , I also know we have logical and balanced business interpretations to add, a lot of which are LTH. From a non geo perspective but on a comms conversation I think GH is playing a blinder . Where we are now is NC are in control of comms for Hav and we RNS post news from NC-we all know that . We all know the reporting cycle and we all appreciate impotence to NC in terms of a home asset , not to mention what Hav can add to the AISC for Telfer. So from GH’s position peaks and troughs, so be it , but charts show consistent share holder growth month on month (job done!) with me so far ???? Now Scally , ....re: reported the drilling programme , albeit several prospects, my thinking is he is going to report on the campaign not the individual prospect .I suspect we are going to get a left field , mega RNS , once all are complete that will really blow the doors off.
Let Hav do it’s stuff .... we can not influence the news or results but GH can with Scally and that is where “new” value can be added. I don’t think the news is late , I think it’s just not ready yet !
Let the brokers and the “initial “resource estimate add to the current shareholder value. If nothing with GH’s background he know what markets like to hear.

My take in the current share price movement is purely it’s just recognising the progress to date at Hav.
Not specific related to GDXJ ( although must have some impact )
Not specifically related to Scally -yet.
H and P last broker note was 17.8p with a 50 % risk factor. That has now substantially reduced -a simple example NC advertising jobs at Hav, need of ore at Telfler, ,SB “wanting to start the decline tomorrow “ MRE by year end ( years ahead if JV terms) etc etc- so that could account for at least a +30% of old target price.
Add in the newly reported Berreca zone and bulk mining option what does that also add + 30%?Again significant %. So essentially just in progress on Hav are we still under valued.
Scally news will certainly create interest but after we hit at Hav 5 ,that significantly impacted the SP but in truth ( I don’t remembering the detail ) we may have moved up a large % in SP and large increase in MCAP but that was when we were worth maybe £75-100m?
Scally prospects , Paterson range east +++have the potential to blow Mickeys prediction out the water but currently in my option it’s still Hav and still a bargain!

*Board of directors not bots

Agree Welsh -however I think it is for company / director compliance-not tax issues -the bots do not have responsibilities to act in the best interest of a directors personal interest -rather they need to act in a compliant manner in the best interest of the company - very positive message that something is afoot in the short term IMHO

My take is with both having inside inside info it would not be correct to be able to exercise options during the period . They haven’t extended the expiry date so in effect frozen them out till mid next year -good signal as I interpret it

Really looking forward now to listening GH being interviewed causally talking about intercepts -“Over 100m at over 6g per ton oh and yes 1m at over 100g per ton -you know”

Interim Results have been released 6 weeks after the quarterly reports on the past 2 occasions-happy to be corrected if more than that-this is specifically an update on Hav rather than a full company update which is provided in the quarterlies.

Great news on today’s RNS and progress -for me the interesting news is due Wednesday night and in Thursday mornings RNS in response to Newcrest interim results -lots of info due on steps out etc -this could be the biggest update yet hopefully confirming new scale of resource

If they area sells-wow the SP absorbed them well.
If they are buys-happy days -some confident buyers.
Either way -no issues
Might even have been a proportion of warrants from earlier RNS
Either way 11p finish !
