I would hope that I am more of a investor than a punter !. I have looked into the salaries and am waiting for the company to confirm how many direct employees are on the books, I can see that they reduced salary burn by £30 k per month for share options, but cannot find the exercise price ?

Thanks FK1, I am fairly new to boards and boy do you read some pure cr*p, but sometimes you come across some decent posters who have done a lot of decent research and post it for the good of all. I am not new to investing though and will do some more financial research on this 1 and look into the salaries.

Hello Investors, I am considering an investment here and have done my own research, however I wish to make some points with questions that yourselves might clarify for me.

IMO the directors have a very small shareholding.
Taking into account the October fundraising of £1.25m and their current cashburn they will run out of funds September 2021.
My questions are, what has caused the recent 50% spike in the SP ?
Do you think that the Solarwinds partnership will bring in the additional revenues within the next 3 quarters so that the company can either break even or move into profit ? otherwise there will be another fundraise.

Great to see the rise here the past two days, however I missed the ODX tweet, can anyone post it or tell me what it contained.... is this why we are seeing a rise today, but it would not explain the rise yesterday. Fairly sure that I read that BAMS was being evaluated at two hospitals and two further sites that were put in place by Avacta, just trying to remember where. I still think that on target for a RNS before year end re, AVA6000 application, but do not think that it will move the SP much.

It appears that BAMS has been dropped by two sites, and is now only been evaluated at two sites that were put in place by themselves, also the RNS states next update 2021 no mention of Q1 or even early 2021, should this be a concern, or am I just over reading into it ? R.

BAMS research test launched 30/9 in the US, no news since about this.
23/11 in the RNS A.S. states that the above is in various sites for evaluation, however the start date of this is unknown.
Do any of you more learned investors have any idea how long this evaluation will last ? clearly there can be no news until
this evaluation is complete, I was thinking/guessing about 3-4 months, with say a start date late october or early november would bring us towards February till we can expect news. More a birthday present than a christmas that most were expecting given that the news would be good !!

Hi All, I have been a holder here since the fundraise back in June, bought in as I believed in the promises made by the board, furthermore I kept adding to my holding making it my largest equity holding. I do feel misled by the board and started to reduce my holding this week and will continue next week at a loss. Down 19% this week and 40% since the share sale by AS, says volumes about where this is going. In case you missed it the Q4 update was 23/11 and I do not believe that we will here any positive revenue generating news till Q1 2021 at which time I believe the SP could be 70/80 p.

I was a LTH in Modern Water, the tech was great but the BOD were unable to deliver, and instead chased large orders ie Gibraltar, it is if they waited in their office for the phone to ring, which clearly did not happen, what happened instead was a slow continuous decline in the SP, I eventually sold incurring a heavy loss. After some upbeat RNS's I invested again in MWG last April mainly due to the real time sewerage monitoring which I still believe that if implemented Will be huge across a broad spectrum. I reduced my MWG holding to invest in Skin now DVRG which I still hold at a loss, however unlike the MWG board, I believe that the DVRG BOD will be the people making the calls not waiting for them to happen. I do believe that the water/sewerage monitoring and Labskin should have a great future but do not believe in the breathalyser, I do not think that the company (even with partners) have the financial resources to implement this apparent change of plan. But time will tell..

Hi Chesh, Saw your questions, confirmed no dividends with an possible exit in 2 or 3 years, this would confirm
what GB said when Labskin was bought 2 years ago that exit would be in 5 years.
