As a shareholder I would not like to see a further raise and therefore share dilution, they have raised £3M here during 2017 and 2020 with quite a few prior. I have been involved in quite a few fundraising's in the past, the main question is why the need to fundraise, if it is to fund growth/expansion no problem, but if it is only to keep the lights on..goodbye, regardless of some views here I do think that FLX will surprise the market with their next update which should drop this month. Morning FK1, Why does a company in a time of remote working need a physical office ? This is pure speculation by myself but my answer is, FLX won a new contract with a unnamed fortune 100 company based in Dublin, part of the contract was to have a physical presence in the country, the RNS 5/2/2021 does not include this contract IMO, the office opened during April of this year and is still recruiting, this does coincide with nearby expansion by a Fortune 100 co, also FLX did not mothball their HQ (Based in Reading) but did close other offices in the UK due to remote working and cost savings. Time to buy here, RNS could be tomorrow, again speculation by myself, that is what investing is about. Roly

Had i listened to yourself or FK1 I would of bought zero. I do not have to wait long now to see if my decision was foolhardy or shrewd, did you know that FLX opened a new office in another country last April, not a sign of a company struggling more a sign of expansion.

Lth73, my understanding is that the payment probably will not be made until the GLP/DHSC case is settled, look at a long post by bigbitenow 8/6/2021.

Given that this is a very illiquid stock it does not take much by either sales or buys to move the SP, we saw this last week on the upside, today we have what looks like the same seller selling 2M about £22k .

Thanks Noel, the company you referred to was Crossword cyber CCS, a £5M raise at a 23% discount to the SP, £1.8M to buy a unnamed cyber company, it is their 2nd raise this year, MKT CAP £20M on 2020 revenues of £1.6M !! and here we have a MKT CAP of £6M on revenues of £5.8M !! go figure... we could have our trading update here next week/month and I expect it to be positive hence why I now think FLX is a strong buy.

with a fellow from Indonesia over the weekend, he has been living/working in Ireland the past ten years, but comes from a large family living in a rural area, he told me that his mother who is in her 70's had her 1st jab last week, but cases are growing currently over 50,000 per day, I asked him about testing..this bit is interesting, if you are showing some of the symptoms of covid and you present yourself for a test at a hospital/clinic you have to pay for it which is $50 (about an average weeks wage), so therefore most do not want to test and carry on about their business, he was not aware of any over the counter tests that you can buy to test yourself. Dodge, According to many companies in the same area as FLX, are reporting that the pandemic has only increased business due to so many people working from home on their employers laptops with only basic home pc security, not server security leaving them more open to hacking/ransomware.

Hi JSP123, The GLP issue is with us as an interested party and an challenge to HMG, look up their site and this case, If GLP win the case it could be found that the contract is null/void therefore no payment will be made. I hope not, but we need positive news here very soon.

Roundhowe, I agree with you but so far our distributors are not sole, they are selling a range of tests, apart from Medusa who are still saying...coming soon. I do think that A.S. needs to reassure the market that all the promises he has recently made about volume are coming to fruition , Roly.
