Not pointing out the obvious but this is the FLX board, do you have an SP year end forecast for FLX ? Thanks for sharing info re, flagpole,flag & pennants but i think that you will find they do not work when analysing low mkt cap/fairly illiquid stocks such as this.

As i said the other day, I would not be surprised to see more buys from directors over the coming weeks, the stock is illiquid so hard to sell/buy any volume, also if you look at the annual accounts concerning directors options these can be exercised from 1.925/2.5 and 3.8p, IMO FLX is undervalued which I understand given past performance however if revenues continue to grow in Cyber for FLX the S.P. will eventually perform, I think patience here for 6/12 months will reward, at least I hope so. Hi Dodge, I will take your advice, however he/she/it is seriously lowering the tone of this board, and even bringing folk here from another board to continue the drivel/insults that we have witnessed the past two days, at the end of the day we have an vested interest in FLX and do not need his likes here with his only aim being to hound people away from this board, what type of scum wish to see people lose money from their investments ?.

Given that this is an illiquid stock, I would not be surprised to see more buys from the directors.

Good move Yanis, lots of small buys today, could not understand the 10% drop last Friday, will keep my year end target here of 1.9p, but if FLX prove good growth Q4 2021 and Q1 2022 expect an SP re-rate. Roly

Nothing wrong with dreaming, a £1.50 sp = MKT CAP £187 M which IMO could quite easily be achieved in a 3 year time frame.
on another point, lots of talk here about a fund raise, I can.t see one, they would be unable to raise at less than 30p, and will not raise for I.M. as the equity partners will carry the costs, which HARL will be fabricating in Belfast, the I.M. go ahead is a game changer here, a real win win for HARL.

Thanks Jabido, I was thinking along the lines of 20/25 % retained in the project and yes they will get all the fabrication work that is the main reason for acquiring H & W Belfast, my own amateur valuation based on my research is a value of £1.30 - £1.50 at 25% equity share, this however is a few years away from that but still potentially spectacular returns for the patient. I have been trying to work out the potential value to HARL since the I.M. news, has anyone here seen any old broker notes that put a value on the project when up and running, we know that the project build is in the area of £400M, and would also be wondering how much equity HARL might retain in this large project, this then would be able to give holders here a valuation going forward, any thoughts ? Roly.
