FK1, I am quite surprised that you did not notice that yesterday's close was FALSE if you looked at the bid/ask spread, and has today recovered from the 5% drop yesterday so level for the week. The increase in volume tells me there is incoming soon which should result in a S.P. uplift or re-rate.

Stokey, the credit facility was mentioned to be very soon, in my post here I pushed that out to Q2 not wanting to get hopes up here to early, however news of a contract (unspecified) was also described as very soon, again I pushed that to Q2 but given that the credit facility has dropped I see no reason for a contract not to drop soon, I got the impression that this contract was in the bag and just waiting for the ink to dry.

£20 M difference in valuation.

Jabido, myself and ttny posed questions about the project, there was no concern about the JR, if there was not mentioned at the meeting. Cenkos attached a valuation of £30 - £50 M, Arun questioned this, £20M to a company the size of HARL is a lot, I said to Arun that I felt it was imperative that HARL retained an equity stake in the project as recession proof in the future. I got the impression that FID was in the early stage ( I could be wrong ), and therefore do not expect news till Q3/Q4, again I could be wrong, I am just trying to read between the lines. On another point, I would be hoping for contract new this/next week, if not more disappointment will set in.

IMO given that Naval News acquired/used the concept image for 1 of 3 fleet solid support ships in the H & W yard, tells me that H & W will receive an MOD order for same, just not sure when..any ideas ?

Stokey, that's how it reads, but google tells me he is still a senior analyst for UK equities @ BG, either way it is an endorsement .

Bubble, I am based in Ireland so looked up your next budget !! At the Belfast meeting we were told that the credit facility would be soon, as I said here I took that to be Q2, there was also talk of a unspecified contract that also was described as soon, not wanting to raise hopes for myself and posters here I also took that as Q2, given todays news I would hope/expect contract news before end March, latest April, as I have said here before HARL is a speculative BUY but the reward outweighs the risk with patience. Great news, not worried about 9% as this is quite common for a credit facility of this size and 100% value + of assets, I now think that contract news could drop this month based on what I heard during the Belfast Investors presentation. Roly
