Looking again at the RNS 7/12/2021 and taking into account debtors/creditors and loan the business had £4M cash which is todays MKT CAP, crazy but I have seen this before and in these cases when the market realised that there was an business generating growing revenue and break even or profitable EBITDA, there was a SP rerate. Getting back to the RNS, Alex Hambro stated " We look forward to updating shareholders with our progress over the NEXT FEW months ". 6 months on and we have not had an update, if by chance members of the board look in here, I think shareholders are overdue a trading update with outlook statement.

Not sure why the uptick today, beginning to fall back a bit from highs, buys are outweighing sells, which is something we have not seen much of late, given the turnover not a leak, if it was up to me I would be kicking the SP quite hard, still about 25 % down here, but holding for now.

Having attended the last day in Belfast, am unable to make the 16th, but look forward to the feedback, all seems to be a bit more busy than when I was there and hope that can be confirmed by those attending. As said it is only a few mins by taxi to H & W, and taxis had been organised by H & W to bring people back to the airport after the presentation. Enjoy.

Yes Tanfield, DYOR going back to 2012, I do not want to post on the TAN board, but was an investor in Smiths electric vehicles and Optare a promising growing bus manufacturer all part of the TAN group incl Snorkel, at one stage the MKT CAP was a few hundred M, now they have nothing, just a shell co awaiting court proceedings that could take years, and is living on borrowed money to pay for legal, I could say a lot more but would urge caution, GL, Roly.

I first bought here Jan 2021 @ 1.175, sold half Feb 2021 @ 1.55, have added the last few months to av 1.025, I find it hard to believe the current SP but due to lack of news flow, if you keep an eye on the FLX site it looks like they are not going to buy a similar bolt on company, but are looking to grow organically, I base this on the constant hiring of new staff some quite senior, and the role description's, all we need now is the news to confirm my thoughts which is overdue, back in December the RNS stated that the market would be informed of progress over the next few months. Given the growth industry they are operating in, if good profitable growth is not reported, it is akin to a " Could not organise a pi** up in a brewery ". Roly.

Shep appears to be batting on his own as FK very quiet of late plus I have no issue with him, Shep not happy with new posters here however has found a new friend . picking up here today, but surprised the SP is 6% down at time of writing, given the buys, have the MM's dropped the offer/ask to fill a buy ?

I find it strange that FLX were not a named exhibitor at Cyberuk 2022, or were they under the ESET umbrella ? any ideas ?

What delays for new product launch ! Spring was mentioned but the recent RNS said H1 which was confirmed to me this past week, so at most a 1 month delay, markets in turmoil atm so that will drag down MHC.

Lottie123, I share your pain as I am sure 99% of holders here do, we have not had a blue day since April11th, and even today when all markets are up, HARL is down again, 25% down the past 3 weeks, also I do not see any drivers for the SP so presume the slide will continue, IM has been kicked down the road, the news we awaited for ie, credit/contract have fallen, and all we have now are the results which will be poor at best, I would hope that the OUTLOOK will be very positive otherwise we will test the lows this month, two choices here at the moment, lock your shares away for 2 years and hope for the best or exit, afraid to say that I am very close to the latter.

Palmsairpot, I contacted Walbrook and received a prompt reply who also pointed out the achievements made by a small company last year and building high st retail relationship. As I have said here before if those same companies stock the new range, the potential growth here is quite vast.
