I find it amusing how many new/old posters here have summed up N.S. so quickly. For info...anyone could look at posts without a username as I did many times, but then LSE stopped that and you had to join the site to see the chat, hence why the likes of JazzzaGe and many more are familiar with N.S. and his antics here.

Hi dodgepot, They are being well fed, having said that all but 2 of your filtered post's are from N.S.
I emailed the company with my strong views and reminding them, that according to the RNS 12/21 they were well overdue a market update/outlook, I also sent same to WH Ireland, London, I still have not received a reply from either, will do same again next week, if no joy by email, will phone both. Maybe if more P.I.'s here did same we might get something. Not looking for market sensitive information, just an overdue update.....no harm asking.

Noel is now covering all his bases here by telling all the SP will drop, well done Noel, but also stating that there will be a spike in the SP, and when it happens it will be a "I told you so ", he either works in spin or is a politician....is the monster raving loony party still in the UK ? if so that is explained then. Hi dodgepot, if the BOD have market sensitive news they have to release it, cannot sit on it, however a trading update/outlook is up to the company when to release unless main market listed. ATM only sellers which is putting downward pressure on all equities, I will still stick with my forecast till an update and hold. Unfortunately the current SP is feeding our resident snake in the grass, how do you describe someone who takes delight at others losses ? .

davy50, you will not get much from the company due to regulatory reasons, but they have been building a strong cyber team the past six months, on top of the team that was already in place, probably best to contact WH Ireland, london the broker who will respond, FWIW although painful to see the current SP I do think that the SP will re-rate when the next trading update/outlook drops and will keep my target of 2.5p year end in place.

NTMU recent post did make 1 valid point that this board is a "Hateful Place", which is a sad truth, and all down to 1 poster, I would refer posters to my post of 10/6 17.17 point 6. And Noel yes the SP is shocking which is why I have been in contact with the company and broker.

Hi dodgepot, I would be surprised if the small director buys were delay tactic, but it is possible. My take is that they are not looking to buy a bolt on asset, but instead looking to grow organically, this is based on quite substantial hiring of staff at all levels the past 6 months, currently looking at 6 vacancies , which given the staff numbers since the sale is quite substantial , obviously I do not know if this is staff replacement or growth, but I think growth. Having said that a trading update/outlook statement is well overdue. As far as the SP is concerned and MKT CAP , how can it go lower ! but we are in a global bear market, and PI,s who would normally invest in AIM stocks are very few, I am just seeing selling across the board at the moment. Getting back to FLX and comparing what we know with their peers, I still have a current value of 2.5p/£15 M, but that could change with the next current trading statement. Roly.

Noel, Given your years of investing experience and moonlighting on these boards you should know the following :
1, Never take investing advise from a nameless poster on a board such as this.
2, It is so hard for most AIM investors to call the top/bottom, regardless of experience.
3, There are many rampers/derampers on these boards with their own agenda, some are even paid a small fee to ramp/deramp/short AIM stocks.
4, You are not invested here, yet 54 of your last 78 posts are on the FLX board !!!
5, I have had some of your posts removed in the past due to their insulting nature.
6, Well done in turning this board into your own personal insulting forum, so much so that many do not post here anymore, how proud are you ?.
7, You should do the decent thing and leave this board as most here would wish, I am happy to challenge you on that.
