True but even on normal operations they're running at a loss and therefore eroding cash ~ in this period by c550k. Market has given it's response ~ new 52wk lows.

Changes to the valuation of an asset will go through the profit & loss statement (as they have in these interims) ... I'd bounce your own question back to you... what accounting qualifications do you hold? :)

Turnover - (cost of sales + admin expenses) = 550k loss. Only a profit because of the asset revaluation. That said figures improving and no debt with £1.4m cash having burned through the Paragon cash (cash Dec14 ~ £3.3m). Wouldn't be surprised if we saw a placing before y/e. Overall not really that impressive imho.

Takeover @36p a share 44% premium to 25p mid price so that's better than a kick up the butt but nevertheless I'm disappointed as I believed ALK had far greater potential than offer prices in, especially with expansion and diminishing national energy generating capacity.

Welcome rise but improved figures have to be taken in context against what was a pretty poor equivalent period in 6mths to 30/9/14. In that period revenues were only 280k so 76% up brings that to 490k ish which is better but not really fireworks. Banked a bit of profit on 50%, will rebuy when euphoria passes :)

The ghost cities were built for the emerging middle classes... but they seem to have not emerged :( Good time to be holding cash imho.

With China slowing down, it's construction industry grinding to a halt with ghost cities full of unoccupied apartments have FOX missed the boat for that market. Appreciate that marble is obviously luxury end but when bubble bursts it'll effect all. FOX is one of those companies that you're willing to do well but if they keep on missing targets, deadlines and producing pi## poor revenues investors are just going to walk away. At least they've got a few million in the bank.

Correction £1.4m not £1.2m expected for full year

Hardly buried it's in plain sight and pretty obvious consequence of delays. Tempted to add but will see how low others are prepared to sell at first! If revenues had come in for the prepared marble orders figures wouldn't have been too bad, H2 revenues are estimated to be c10x H1 (£1.2m 2015) so hardly worth panicking.
