I'd be surprised if it didn't go lower as any perceived negative (a delay & possible cashflow implications) on an AIM share tends to get an overreaction.

I'm 40% down on this share already so not a happy chap. I can't see the need for a placing so unless BoD have seen that capital markets moving to a risk-off stance or they've identified an asset purchase so think it's better to get cash in the bank now I'd be pretty hacked off.

...and further dilution to look forward to too. Watching with interest, where will this go.

A month will have elapsed by Monday so presume it's curtains for CHOC at close of trading today. Fortunately, this was only on my watch list but I feel for all holders as yet another AIM company hits the wall as a result of seemingly dodgy dealings/actions taken by BoD.

Well at least STGR won't be thrown off AIM if this goes through. STGR get a portfolio of non-producing assets for a c 40% dilution (after Tranche1) and will be diluted again following Tra£3.65nche2 and subsequent equity raise to provide the £2.2m budget + £1.45m Kasperske bankable feasibility and no doubt millions more to actually commercialise it. Still something is better than nothing.

Jimbo it's no-ones fault but your own that you made a substantial loss because you believed your own posted hype/ drivel. A good company wouldn't be in this position. A good company would have the money men onside. A good company would have delivered to timescale and target. A good company wouldn't have given their asset away for peanuts.

Not that closely jimbo I haven't looked or commented on STGR for about 6weeks. In that time drift down has continued and RTO hasn't materialised. Wouldn't be surprised to see this go to 0p. Good companies cannot be 'destroyed' by BB comments, their value would shine through, BoD would deliver and shareholders would be in the loop.

Questioning BoD decisions, failed delivery and asking hard questions amount to 'Steering of sentiment'? I would have thought you'd accept that those who weren't ramping the sh## out of this share should be thanked for being ahead of the curve and introducing a serious dose of reality into discussions. STGR are going nowhere. Even if they get a RTO through before March 6mth deadline they've got little cash to progress whatever assets are involved so will need to have the begging bowl out again diluting holders to oblivion. No-one has had to 'deramp' in recent weeks, the sp has fallen all by itself as reality sinks in. At least you acknowledge now that the BSM deal was rubbish from start to finish.

I don't think there are any major shorts on STGR period. I sold STGR as previously stated but actually hoped that I was wrong and could see them turning a corner so held them on my watch list. The Bass deal was really the clincher for me to fully bail as it was so clearly awful and its conditionality suggested it would only get worse. The BoD (new) already has a clear track record of failure against their own RNS targets ~ no-one else is responsible. If it's true that Signature Gold is the chosen RTO asset then the cash held will be insufficient to progress the licences to a cash generative position or even an advanced feasibility stage so PIs will get stuffed diluted to oblivion. That's my honest view and if this the asset STGR will fall off my watch list for good.

Rollthedice - you must think I was born yesterday. --- You're right I do. The alternative is that you have deliberately misled others. The only people responsible for this sad state of affairs are the BoD (old & new). From the start some of us said this Bass deal was a disaster as most of it was conditional and, based on performance to date, unlikely to ever be paid. In that regard at least BoD have got part of tranche 2... it could have been zero.

Jimbo I've never shorted a share in my life. All I've done on STGR is say it as I saw it. BoD have screwed PIs over but you just can't/won't see it.

So the poor Bass deal gets even worse. The rampers on here were banking on tranche 2 conditions being met before 6mth RTO window ended but STGR have had to settle on even that being discounted and paid in instalments with tranche 3 evaporating entirely. No doubt sp will spike because there's some cash entering the coffers but when realisation sinks in that old asset has now been totally given away for peanuts and still no new asset on the horizon so delisting looms sp will go through floor.

Fall seems overdone to me... revenue inflow will be slower not lower over time. I don't see a return to 4s anytime soon but 3s yes.

The only people responsible are the BoD who failed to deliver at every turn, not those who pointed out the facts ~ why should the market reward failure by overpricing shares? If you've lost money on STGR it will be because you believed the rampers or failed to take an objective view of your investment. I'd recommend buying yourselves a mirror for Christmas.

I keep an eye on STGR nut quite frankly there's nothing worth commenting on. Even todays RNS basically tells us little apart from the fact Tirupati JV certainly wont be the investment that meets the 6th month rule it, despite previous posts by the rampers suggesting it could be. STGR have chosen to sell some of their Bass shares already which doesn't inspire confidence that Tranche 2 conditions will be met any time soon or that cash is being conserved otherwise why release cash? STGR have enjoyed a 17% rise but that will evaporate when cold facts considered. The clock is still ticking...

Hasn't improved outlook! 78-85 spread post 40:1 consolidation. Only going one way unless there's news and that's down.

The writing was on the wall yesterday, todays RNS is just further confirmation. DCP may get away a bucket shop placing at a heavy discount to keep the lights on, that's holders best hope at this point really.

There won't be a bidding war. If DCP can't pay their bills any interested party will just pick up the assets on the cheap when they fold.
