Generally, I've chosen both biotech and technology funds - and these have proved very successful.

One of my biotech funds is up 225% and one of my technology funds is up 625% (50% in last 12 months).

The backdrop is relevant - biotech and technology are the future; O&G exploration is a slowing sector.

No jollyboydrewky - just agreeing with other posters on your other board that you're definitely in sub-set 4. Probably chairman of the group (as UWE is of sub-set 1).

Very pleased to see that the ranks of sub-set 3 (realists) are growing steadily as reality dawns and the penny drops.

Still a few sub-set 1 (fluttering fairies) and sub-set 4 (hopeless twits) around. They'll come to their senses soon.
