Banbury, the only thing I'd add to that is the LT Institutional holders will also have high averages-there hasnt been any RNS saying IIs increasing when it was low has there? SO they will also want a reasonable price you would think?

Check what type pf stop loss you are using? My understanding is that a normal stop wont save you from an AVON style gap down. The trade/sale would be executed at the next available price which could be well below your stop. Only a guaranteed stop would do that, for which you pay a premium, should it be available to you.

Yep. Be interesting to see if there are any targets attached if they are going to be options rather just purchased. Hopefully something more aligned to added shareholder value rather than just "You've all done very well-trebles all round!"

The other point to make with that is the kind of jobs COST do are generally multi year, and you dont see the true picture until near the end. ie we are mostly seeing the other stuff that was coming through after Wales and H and P.
Whatever happens it wont quite be the good old days as he wants the business in a different direction doesn't he? Certainly the heavy civil risk junkies ranks have reduced greatly since the re-shuffle so they wont want to be doing too much of that!

So to answer your question I have faith, yes.
I would prefer the other candidate for CEO, but that's been done to death and we are where we are.
The H and P adjudications are due in next month. Wide range of possible predicted outcomes. You'd assume the worst was priced in now, based on the recent history re adjudications....
I'd agree with Pokerchips that it would have been nice to see the FD buy. But then if she persuades the city to buy when the full year becomes clear I'll forgive her.
If the coverage is correct and the divi is reinstated then that will move the price and with a profitable year and the end of the uncertainty re H and C for better or worse, then this will not be where it is now I think.
My timescale for this is probably longer than yours but i'm quite happy to buy at these levels, so the longer it stays here the better.
