To answer that CP I'm looking at rain seasons and knowing what they plan within the Tanzanian deadlines I guess the following.

Tender mid July to early August

Award of contract late August early Sept

Testing late September

Ground breaking and land clearance early October

Physical pipe laying to start mid December maybe sooner depending on severity of the short November rains which are not so severe.

They then have until March to complete before the long rains.

That fits their end of first qtr target.

As fir your June date test question, if I recall correctly, it was suggested July for last year, and mid-summer as you have now found was put forward for this year without a specific month.

The problem with contracts is having machinery and crew ready at the same time as desired so that is the delicate part of dealing with the situation as they said yesterday. All these things are intertwined and it is a matter of pulling it all together to create a schedule that works for all parties.

I think the catalyst will be the NT2 test followed shortly after by first sod on the pipeline construction.

The tests will prove the nature of the gases and content which will dictate the plant and connections to the pipework at well head and gas plant.

The reason I say NT2 test is because I believe ARA will not start physical expenses until TPDC have firmed up on the construction start date and so one will follow the other in fairly short order imo

Wryape I've been trying to wake people up to this since the update 55.2MMblls. In 2020 Texas condensate was fetching $63/barrel so a quick multiplication should be waking people up. This field is much more than gas. Condensate is a very fine oil.
