I've told you before I Have experience with Aminex in Tanzania over a JV Farm out and the financial deal was done long before approval or even application, in fact ARA Put cash up front to Aminex, so it can and has been the case. You can check it for yourself if you wish.

Bonzo I am thinking that the 25 to 30 is for the Rukwa field alone. Blu will correct me if wrong but the other licences I think are separate prospects to Rukwa? Of course there is also the Colorado acquisition and possibly more in the future with the profits to come, but for now I'm happy to walk before run.

lets assume 6.2 mcf/d for 30 wells.

With best quality pure Helium it could be $800 x 6.2 = $4,960/day

Multiply by 30 wells = $148,800/day

Multiply by 365 = $54,312,000/annum

Obviously that's assuming all wells bring identical results and fetch top current prices. Even if halved they could be looking at $1/2 million per week in sales

With it being a unique find (not a conventional trap) what they believed to be a transportation system, I am not yet sure how they can do an appraisal drill.

At this moment in time my thoughts are the other drills will be directly into the faults, however they have the seismic and from what they have found they will have a pretty good idea of where the gas is likely to be.

Basically, at this time I think standard assumptions are out of the window in this case.

Hi Ginge my "NO" last night was in ref to your thoughts of a JV partner already being aboard.

I accept preliminary talks were held over a range of options because they have previously stated there is outside interested parties but as I alluded too a JV cannot be concluded before the mining licence is submitted. There simply isn't time. The legalities take months. First an announcement then prospectus then a vote could take three months, following that, there are multiple government departments to go through for approval before it gets to the ministry which could bring unspecified delays because they all have to agree.

I repeat, off-taker funding and or bank loan finance looks the best opportunity as it would be much quicker to progress. If as was said they have to prove they can fund it when applying for the licence then that would tend to indicate discussions are already underway because they will need some kind of promissory note of funding being available to be attached to the application. Another possibility of course is that The Tanzanians themselves provide some of the funding but of course that's just speculating. Who knows, even the Chinese might want to get involved as an off-taker?

No, because it could be an Off take financing deal and or bank loan finance. If it were a farm in/out a prospectus would have to be prepared and voted on, and with past experience an announcement of an impending farm out deal would be notified ahead of the prospectus prep.

So somebody thinks the announcement in June that they have cash to carry through for a year. That's Nine months away, along with the acquisition announcement and six drills before Christmas bringing in income from H1. That is before the nine months is up.

That is selling short in my opinion. What is coming before Christmas and then the mining license should see it through that well within a year especially when funds start coming in

It will take just as long if not more to organise a JV or a buy out as it would for a funding agreement to be made with an off taker. In fact from experience, having somebody farm in, brings its own regulatory issues as due process would need to be done by the government in order to gain their approval of the new partner.

On my side is an off taker could provide funds without government needing to be involved, therefore development and production could begin immediately after the mining licence is issued.

Now I think further of the complications of then having to get the new partners name changed on the mining licence, I'm convinced that an off-taker agreement will be what they will go for. Maybe with some added bank loan finance.

Professor my preference all along has been for an off-taker finance in return for a contract of supply at discounted rate.

I'd have said mid 2 to 3p is a fair price right now and with six drills coming before Christmas the 3.4p should be seen easily be passed once the licence lands for Rukuwa. There's an awful lot of news to come here with a lot of activity.

If there are multiple bids put to the company for a farm in, I'd like to see them put all offers in the prospectus along with each business case and allow shareholders to vote on the offer. For one it would it would stop any accusations of sweeteners being made but then on the other hand just judging by the people that frequent these boards lately, I doubt some have the brain cells to understand a hundred page plus prospectus.

Oh well, what will be will be.

Actually Blue they are not. Aminex in Tanzania did a farm out with Ara before the development licence was issued.

The thing with the exploration licences is, if the company concerned meets the terms & conditions of the exploration contract then the development, (mining in this case) licence is a given, and written within the exploration licence.

Think about it, without such guarantee, nobody would ever pump money into exploration. I certainly wouldn't even have back money it an agreement without.

Of course any company entering the agreement will have certain assurances written into the farm in, but they will have copies from the fata room and be fully aware of the legal position.

If it is as good as we think, those in the queue will be eager to do a deal before somebody else does. The next month or so could be revealing.
