@Wolf & Pack
1: "No one is concerned about a placing...." I agree, is utter tosh when taken out of context and if, a big IF I said it, then I apologise as it should read "No one SHOULD be concerned about a placing" Please provide Link? I have given many times the reason why. I have always maintained AT THIS TIME there is no cause for concern.
2: Quoting LB - Re Noble Sofori LOI "Fully funded for this years program with or without cross funding"
Proactive report "The company is fully funded for the planned well, Following the £10mln fundraise in December and there MAY EVEN BE ENOUGH FOR A SECOND WELL depending on outcomes."
Proactive interview Https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6U_qOkjsbE&t=100s From 11th July "Fully funded to deliver and WON'T BE DOING ANY FUNDRAISING IN THE SHORT TERM, but like any junior company we need to remain opportunistic going forward."
3: Before dealing with the questions I'll set you one for all. What is your understanding of an Opportune or Opportunist moment?
Pt Q29: Q31: Q35: Q47: Q49: Q50: Q71: Q72: Will there be a pre drill fundraise or placing?
Q56: Q67: Would to propose to secure additional funding for the business via a pre or post drill Equity Raise?
Q59: Can someone kindly put to bed the rumours of a placing .. thank you or elaborate on this subject.
Answering above questions: If people understand the meaning of my above opportunistic question, then answer is plain to see and is entirely logical. as is also covered by LB's quoted words & interview as Pt 2:
Q75: Is the aim to raise further exploration funding on initial results from Tai-C? as shareholders we appreciate funding will be needed and will enable further drilling in this and the other basins.
Q79: Will funding be required for any appraisal drill for Tai-C or does the company have sufficient funds? Again both answered at online meeting & in above.
Q22: Pt Q29: Can you clarify if any future fund raise requires prior shareholder agreement via an EGM or other mechanism before any action can be taken.
Q57: In addition to securing additional company finance via an equity raise, what other options have to explored and favour? Such as a Joint Venture Partner, or a Farm Out Agreement or Strategic Partner or just by raising debt?
Good Questions need answering.
Q28: If an opportunistic raise takes place in the near future as Lorna hinted in a recent interview. Can the board make it an open offer, so that long suffering and supporting shareholders can apply pro rata and take part? This was mine raised in the interest of holders.
Q66: Given a future raise is going to happen, PLEASE would the board consider making part of the placing accessible to the long suffering patient and loyal private investors, instead of just institutional investors. Thank you. Charles Hellier.
Good Questions. See Answer 2 in the positive "will be taken into consideration"
