Crusty a mini LPG plant is modular and comes on the back of a truck so effectively the possibility of production and therefore income is an option as rapidly as it can be deployed once mid-year testing is complete. Not saying it will, but lets not be too pessimistic, we have just had some very good news that we were awaiting and we wouldn't have that if there was no intention to sign the development licence. Tanzania say they are expecting to receive 140mmb within three year and the LPG is to be installed to supply the outlying areas of the country.
The following seems to indicate the drill locations are being accepted under a joint plan
"Dr Biteko said that in order to reach many people, there is a need to covert gas into liquid and transport it in different parts of the country.
Explaining about the project, TPDC Director General Mr Mussa Makame said that the signed project will increase availability of natural gas and definitely contribute to the country's economic growth. He said that currently a total of 1.6 billion cubic feet have been explored and tested, adding that this year, TPDC, in collaboration with the companies that signed the agreement, has planned new drilling points to increase the amount of gas produced"
