In fact with that sort of power and cash behind them they could employ a nice little sweat shop of primers. There was a successful guy I saw in documentary last year who traded 24/7 around the world and he had his own team of ramper/derampers.

You and I might be small fry even with big investments, but anything is possible and to rule it out would be foolish. I don't believe this is a leak, simple as that.
