It's a massive error! The staked area has been reduced by 95%!!! We probably had to pay a tenth of the cost just to RNS the error.

Some might moan what ever the outcome but there are always those on the other side of the fence who will dig out a positive eg Tray 'the net result after the error, is that POW hold more Uranium licenced ground than they did on the previous RNS update dated 2nd February 2023.' He's not wrong but it's hardly comforting.

I’m staggered RRichards feels it’s fine to continue his silence whilst the company lurches from one disaster to the next. The main reason is probably because he’s given up and resigned himself to just talking a monthly salary for as long as funds last.
The RNS states they’re looking to have sons sums reimbursed but my guess is they’ve got no money left to pay for any legal wrangling. What on Earth happened to that £1.5m raised last year? Was there any product development, manufacture, promotional activity? It seems to have vanished into thin air. Got to assume now they’re winding it up and using this legal issue looking to gets sums owed repaid to buy them enough time to drain the accounts in payments and fees to the Directors.

Sh.t show and they’re doing absolutely nothing about anything. Any half decent human beings would at least have the decency to keep investors informed but this lot just deliver another nail in the coffin every few months. It’s a long, slow and painful death.

the cash was set to run out at the end of June but...with cost savings on development made since last autumn they could hopefully stretch the cash runway until end of July, perhaps even August. That would give them a little more time to time their fund raising plans to perfection according to results of NICE report and of course the FDA pre submission issue.

No way of knowing for sure but all signs thus far on NICE are that things will go well. As for FDA news that's more up in the air and anyone's guess. Can only hope.

How long has KDNC been sitting on this concession? Could it be disputed KDNC have not done enough to progress it thus far and simply have it taken away?

Weeks ago I made the point that KDNC would not have the financial where withal to get into protracted legal wrangles and unless Ganfeng stand up for us we could find ourselves being swept to one side. Or is that impossible?

I am invested here and DO hope KDNC can feed from some crumbs left on the table after all the negotiations have taken place but I do worry that we're not sat at the table, or even in the room just now so anything could happen.

This will almost certainly mean the stroke marker test doesn't qualify for De Novo route, which is the quickest and cheapest, but rather than 510 (k) route. Still cheaper and quicker than the full blown process the Covid poC testing kit had to go through, which was eventually withdrawn owing to the onerous costs involved and changing of goal posts by the FDA half way through the process.

There are NO guarantees with the FDA even for AIHL but given NICE have already given a thumbs up for AIHL it will be interesting to see if FDA way to find a way to delay it's introduction into the US market. One hopes not obviously but we haven't got any positive track record with the FDA to date so people should imho temper their excitement over this next step for AHIL or the Stroke Marker Test.

Next RNS will be to say it's folding or...going private. Directors hold tons of shares but obvs don't give a monkey's about retail/pis. Typical AIM roulette.

Sorry System, it’s just too painful and exasperating reading your constant and inane drivel. I gave you credit once when you happened to make a lucky guess - the fast tracked process for NICE approval on AIHL - but other than that you’re amazingly consistent in getting things totally wrong.

Barksy- I’m aware of all that(patronising or what?!) . My question was is the impending Tesla expansion of its operations in Mexico Going to impact KDNC in some way. You weren’t able to answer that. Or chose not to because you can’t.

Seems as if no one really knows what to expect here, just that Kdnc is slap bang in the middle of it all but not a central player. Just lots of guess work. Here’s hoping there’s something positive that rubs off on Kdnc

FDA approval is NOT very soon FFS! You total idiot. Read the RNSs (if you can) and then get someone to explain them to you.
The news regarding the FDA pre submission discussion - for thats' what it was - will determine via which route GDR can apply for FDA approval. Is that clear now?

No one has any idea what will be the result of those discussions but we hope - and that's all it can be at the moment - it will be to qualify for De Novo, which is far quicker and cheaper and also, as this is not a test that can in any endanger a patient, possibly allow GDR to sell AIHL sooner rather than later as there no risk involved in using the machines/tests.

Possible negative news on FDA pre submission discussions and the issue of imminent funding are what are currently holding the sp back. Personally I think the full NICE recommendation is now priced in. On having that confirmed however I expect there to be another spike (pump and dump for the day traders) but that the sp will settle back down to current levels until the two aforementioned issues are known factors. FDA could be good/bad. It's 50/50 so I don't see investors piling in here just yet.

Nah this is going to struggle to stay afloat with the level of funding it requires AND TP still have 18m shares to dump. I did say about 15m the other day and it might be about that level as there is consistent selling but when they're finally below that 3% threshold no one will have any clue when they plan to dispatch the rest.

Burt has got to do a massive big fund raise so any investor here is looking at signifiacnt dilution for the next year or two at least. What all of this means for the SP is anyone's guess but to me it looks pretty bleak. Absolutely no point what so ever in even starting to build a position here for another 6 months at least. By then we'll know if the company can survive or if it's teetering. Next two Qs looking very bumpy indeed.
