‘Something brewing’
Yeah the BoDs can’t wait to tell us about a fab new offer to take the company private.
Lars is a total sh.t and will laugh whilst emptying yr bank accounts and savings accounts. AIM stinks at the best of times but this one has been rotten for the last 6 months.
With the best will in the world bigh I can’t see sales reaching £4.8m. An ambitious target imho would be half of that. So, with money from Grants and Tax credits I think a modest raise of £2.4m wd reassure everyone in the short term. A raise of £3m wd hopefully be enough to pay for De Novo FDA submission and go some way to covering costs of clinical trials. It’ll be a telling sign of the state of the LsE and AiM in particular if GDR, armed with NICE approval for two tests that have a combined potential market of $200m, Cheek can’t raise £3m
I reckon an open placing for retail might raise a fair amount on its own. Just hope Cheek doesn’t ignore lths

Good stuff MM92
I’ve written this off already but if by some miracle share holders walked away with something that would be quite a result.
Do you think there is any chance at all that someone might throw in a low ball offer to buy EISB?
Lionel - I listened to that report. Splitting hairs maybe but… The lady does NOT say ‘soon’. She says work is continuing in gathering evidence as part of the early valuation assessment BEFORE the test is rolled out across the NHS.
I wish she had said soon as that would have given me more confidence looking towards the next two or three months. As it is, we’re all just hoping the news in July from NICE is hugely positive and gives the sp the proverbial kick up the backside and then enables Cheek to do successful placing. I hope when that happens he will give existing retail shares holders an opportunity to participate.
Getting they of the GDR tests rolled out nationally in the NHS is the Holy Grail for GDR. If that’s true and is within let’s say the next six months then Cheek will be forgiven anything and everything. Annual costs are £4.8m. So even if sales are half of the estimated £8.5m market here in the UK that would put the company within touching distance of becoming self sufficient. With another R&D tax credit it’s mightily close to the achieving the first major step in properly putting this company on the map. God, I hope she is telling the truth.
Lloyd, why would the funder be revealed? They’ve sold most of their shares already, made their profit and will want to avoid having to submit a TR1
It was a shabby move by the BODs and if there is no good news in the next couple of weeks the distrust will only grow. Directors have to finally admit what’s going on and give an accurate picture of the revenue being generated across its various operations. It’s only sowing seeds of doubt that the company won’t come clean on how much or how little is being generated by GS20 Exchange for example. This stock has had big rises and some significant drops. Confirmation of revenue, confirmation of where the company is with regard to FCA approval will only help. Making comms complicated and opaque erodes trust, confidence and sentiment. Time for this company to get its act together with comms once and for all. And no, the corporate update was not what I’m on about. That was a shabby ruse to get the Placing away and knowingly caused huge losses for existing share holders. Nothing for another two weeks and I’ll just write this off. It’s not on AIM but, as I’ve said before, this recent behaviour from the Directors makes me feel that’s exactly how they are treating their shares holders.
Lay off the placing shares then? If that’s what it is then they can’t have made much profit from the Placing.
What ever is going on someone wants out and fast. Shows absolutely zero confidence in there being any future for this company. Cooley on the other hand? Perhaps the placee is desperate to be under 3% and avoid having to declare a TR1 so has just dumped the rest of their shares? Just don’t know.
Unless there is news from the BODs I can’t see any rain for a ‘big rise this week’, quite the reverse in fact.
Cooley has indeed bought an awful lot more shares …. Too end up with a much smaller piece of the pie. If he was in-the-know he’d have waited until now or next week the sp might drop another 15%
Time will tell.
But UPshunt the company is dying to tell us of more announcements in the coming weeks.
There are some shady individuals running AIM companies but Lars surely has to take the biscuit as the most woefully incompetent of the lot.
Maybe the first announcement will be a consolidation. It's becoming a bit embarrassing this share price.
Anyone who looks at the google chart can see at a glance that the sp is down over 99% in just a month. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence LOL
