Well, been out today and nice to see the news and the rise. Bravo DV and team. This is a good business now with a robust plan and balance sheet. Needagain and Stas20 presented a NAV of 164p a while ago. I think that's about right. Not too important, main thing is seeing such a well-run business with excellent prospects from here.

Add, I think it is a combination of 'mood music' from a variety of sources over 2 or three years in addition to the technicals we know via RNSs, presentations and broker reports. Currently, I think folk are simply super keen to receive news and are on tenterhooks. Nothing new though, Add. Recall that it was doom and gloom here just prior to the breakout upwards 30 days or so ago. There were strong signals before that showing management had stepped things up and were doing far better but there was a lag between that and the market understanding this. I think DV and his colleagues are performing well and deserve our trust as shareholders. Overall, what more could they have delivered other than what they have? Not much which is why I say 'bravo DV' and you know that I was a critic initially.

I am very comfortable with reality Needy. It seems to me that you are not bearing in mind your comments about Solgold as a shareholder in the company. Pleased to learn you are calmer today. Good for the old ticker! Why not treat yourself and say some positive things about Solgold once in a while. It'll make your day.

Me too PS. Plus SC was very keen on TAM 2 years ago when the POG was so much lower than it is today.

I think he may have meant the H&P and RC reports. They both look well considered and fine to me albeit out of date on the metals prices plus highly conservative elsewhere, understandably and by necessity. Still, our Needy knows much, much more than the Company's brokers doesn't he now? :-)

The simple point it this, the technicals for Solgold are in good shape. If they were not, FN would not back Solgold and would not have just handed over $33 million cash to us. Needy doesn't want to debate this for whatever reason but it is clear that Solgold is in fine fettle.

Well that could also mean fast-tracking TAM or selling the asset(s) and then the buyer can decide what they want to do with the streaming deal. The company and its prospects are in great shape!

Calm yourself, Needy. You'll do yourself a mischief. We're talking about Solgold under DV with PS as Chair and NM as one of the NEDs. We have plenty of cash, cash burn is down and we have the backing of our major lenders. Important news is due which could easily be transformational. Then there is ExploreCo and the Copper stream funding. I can sense this is painful for you Needy and I am sorry that it is. Are you shorting? Good day today ...so far?

Rich, Solgold's a good company with decent management and a clear plan to move forward. I agree with the sentiment of your note. Still the same business, can just buy in a little bit cheaper - but still 75% more than a month ago.

Needy, Have you heard of Warren Buffett or Benjamin Graham? If you have, you'll know that they advocate buying more shares in a company with a sound balance sheet, good management and excellent (immediate) prospects when the market price falls. That's why I would buy more Solgold shares if I could and therefore my view is this is still an excellent entry point for investors. But then, what does/ did Warren Buffett and Ben Graham know about investments I suppose, Needy? In the meantime, have you got anything material to contribute about developments at Solgold? If not, how about DGR in your neck of the woods. Going nicely so I hear. Must be just luck I suppose, nothing to see there, eh? :-) ;-)

The streaming clearly affects future profits and therefore does have an affect on those and the business but, in a market context, 'dilution' refers to shares in circulation. This was RK's point and he is correct in that regard. Will the streaming have an affect on profits? Absolutely. Different point though in context. I think this was implied in RK's view too.

By the letter of how listed companies operate, RK is correct. In this context, dilution means:

New share issues:Company raises capital by issuing new shares to investors in a placing, rights issue, or public offering.

Share option exercises:Employees, directors, or others convert stock options or warrants into shares.

Convertible securities :Convertible bonds or preference shares are converted into ordinary shares.

Acquisitions paid in shares:Company issues shares to buy another business or asset.

None of those apply the streaming deal. There are, of course, other ramifications associated with the streaming agreement but this is not dilution in the true sense as it applies to shares issued (see above).

Needy, what has influenced the share price to increase by 85% over the last month or so? Please tell us what your views about that are.

Needy? :-) the way you talk is very funny. Did you think about adding details of the recent IMF agreement with Ecuador or the comprehensive trade deal with China, to name but two? Ecuador is a country with exciting prospects and is moving forward with those. That's reality. G7 and BRICS countries want a good relationship with Ecuador not just because of minerals but also as a market for goods, services and infrastructure. The country is advancing and so is Solgold.

Quady, please! Please stop such remarks immediately. Saying such things about people is shocking to read let alone on this board which is entirely focused on Solgold. Much going on at Solgold that is both interesting and exciting. Quady, please tell yourself that, from now on, you'll focus on the company. You owe it to yourself to represent yourself that way.
