An inspection of the current share register is important as is similar with respect to all convertibles, warrants and options. Then need to review the law in England & Wales (and Canada?) regarding takeovers, % of issued shares needed and so on.

I completely agree and this could lead to a scenario where this group takes over the company for a ridiculously low price whilst other shareholders can do little about this provided that the other side has the appropriate votes and does not break the law in doing so. Does someone here have access to the current share register? This can then be analysed in conjunction with the convertible bonds outstanding.

Understand your sentiment although I do not think all shareholders regard themselves as gamblers. The concern is simply that the obfuscation has not been unintentional. The lack of clarity has not been unintentional. The news blackouts have not been unintentional. These are the areas where the Board's duty is to provide clarity. The relevant legislation codifies the duty of Directors. A tangible effort to provide clarity would be well received. Why has this not been forthcoming?

Not sure how that would pan out and perhaps you could provide a sketch as it would be good to know. It is concerning. The complexity of recent financial events is concerning to say the least. It somehow feels we're being had. Nothing to do with the resource.

I wonder why we have not seen directors buying shares at these low levels? Of course Mr Millholland bought plenty early in 2022 with his own money but what since by other directors? What about Mr Gaffney for example, has he bought any recently and how many does he own overall?

The views of different posters are always welcome and should be encouraged. With a bit of luck, people remain courteous at all times. What we do know, amongst other things, are that third parties have signed NDAs and have access to Solgold's data room. We also know that the Ecuadorian Mining Ministry expects construction at Cascabel to start in 2025 with production commencing in 2030. For such a large resource and project, these are interesting facts. Effectively, we seem to have a road map sketching the route from being a prospect to being a producer. Concerning the latter, the Ministry states its view that Cascabel is on track to be a world class producer of silver, gold and copper. This is all interesting; particularly with the share price so low whilst the company's finances are sound.

I don't think the current interest rate position means that much based on the expected mine life of Alpala let alone what could be present in other tenements. Also, the Fed just paused interest rate rises. Who knows? They may have plateaued. Solgold has time. Mr Lasso is probably in a bigger hurry. Patience is key.

Dflynch is correct. The DCUs could be worth nothing. Put another way, what value would an auditor put on the DCUs? Attach a value of zero then anything more than that in due course would be excellent. Highly unsafe to attach any value at all to these complex financial instruments not listed on any recognised exchange. Unknown whether they will be tradable or not. If so, what will the terms and liquidity be?

It's zero once sanctioned. Until then it is not zero. It is an opinion.

I was made aware recently of a situation where a nominee account containing over 16 million shares in a company on behalf of 31 clients managed by an investment manager counted for only 2 votes against a resolution. Meanwhile, an inspection of the share register showed 300 individual shareholders with 13 million shares having 300 votes although not all voted. This is a true and real example and is fairly shocking. It is lawful and covered by CA 1986. The law was made in goodfaith but before the advent of widespread use of nominee accounts. It is clearly a vital point and an aspect of law that urgently needs to be addressed.

Good evening Stas20. 3 elements to keep in mind 1. Pressure from CC was far higher than was expected and showed the Atomic piping to be not fit for purpose. COPL had a safety incident late last year that really brought this into focus and it is excellent news that steel piping will be used going forward (this will be designed to easily take feeders from nearby wells in due course). 2. The weather over the winter was dreadful. If trucks cannot get to the well facilities then production has to shutdown and clearing that amount of snow does not come cheap. Again this a legacy of Atomic. 3. Flaring helps and it was notable how straighforward it was for COPL to reach agreement with the Wyoming authorities about this at the Hearing earleir this year. These wells go back almost 100 years in some cases. COPL is doing well reenergising the region and achieving production where others in the past have not.

May I second that RW. Senseman's consistently high workrate of the last couple of years has benefitted us all and some hugely. Most seem to agree that what has happened at HUR is a travesty and is actually quite sad. Is the Court's Sanction a 'wave through'? On what grounds might it not be?

The HUR share price on 4 May 2021 just before Mr Justice Zacaroli handed down his judgement was 0.8p. The share price at the close tonight 2 years later
