Excellent, with such low volume we must be off the PI Radar. Good though as this has allowed me to build a decent holding. Bargain at this price, we have so many projects on the go. West Drayton is only one of many... I like the following bit from last broker note
£420 million potential development value. The current land portfolio comprises approximately 2,080 residential plots and 290,000 sq ft of commercial space. Consent has been secured on 690 residential plots. On a fully consented basis, including West Drayton, the directors of Inland believe that the residential element of Inland’s portfolio would have a gross development value of £420 million (roughly £200,000 per plot).
Market Cap is only £32 million Great Potential.....
