I was puzzled by the early release of the results also, the cash position would have made much better reading if they’d have waited for the overdue receivables to come in, so what was with the rush? What are they hiding now?

CCCAL is about as transparent as a lump of coal being an offshore entity in Guernsey

CCCAL have very favourable loan terms regards MDZ

As MDZ are short of cash as per the recent set of results then converting the loan into shares would seem a logical move

The conversion of the loan into shares would be a good move as you've said and the company can move forward, if it's not happening then why is it being blocked, there appears to be a conflict of interest here wouldn't you say?

Thank you for the posts once more and some sanity, did you interrogate the BOD on who owns City and Claremont Capital at all, do any of the current directors of MDZ have an interest in the aforementioned company, any link as I’m sure you’ll understand would be catastrophic. Shareholders have been paying that excessive interest by way of dilution for some time now

Fishsheds, that is exaclty the question you should be asking, this company receives excessive interest payments and no one knows for sure who the directors are of this secret company based in Guersney I believe, I take it these little things are irrelevant to you but not so others like myself who have watched the company being bled dry over the years.

So I ask you a quetion, who are the major shareholders of City and Claremont Capital Assets Ltd who own a large stake in MDZ as you're no doubt aware ?

Maybe Mr BeeKeeper could have asked the question at the AGM for some clarity and put minds to rest ?

How much was received post results and how much is still payable over what period? What lie are you on about Riddler, at the time of the results only £12K in the bank, still grey areas around the figures, nothing changes here does it?
