L2 indicates 70k to sell at 38.7p on the LSE book.

Been there since 0750.

Likely an iceberg as taken at least twice then replaced.

Doesn’t really mean much but if you want shares it’s there.

Sorry sounds like another jam tomorrow argument.

The world is short term and dreaming about a future perfect scenario is foolish.

Make enough good short term decisions and the long term takes care of itself.

That’s the world we live in.

85-100p is realistic and would be an absolute result.

The opportunity cost of remaining here for 2 years to get 150p+ is somewhat daunting.

Frankly MS can do what he wants but the company now needs to be sold to the highest bidder.

The only way out of this rut.

He can’t keep blaming the macro for their underperformance.

When the macro only seems to be impacting SFOR it can’t be the Macro.

MS is not a man to tread water especially at his age - His time is finite.

To be fair to Martin he has never said he would relinquish his Golden share or apply for a new (or old ) .style premium LSE listing.

I don’t believe he would ever relinquish his golden share as it prevents SFOR from being bought by his arch enemies ie. WPP, OMG or Publicis.

Also without an acceptable bid I believe his preference is to relist in the US so moving to a full LSE premium listing sadly seems unlikely given costs and guarantees involved.

That’s my view anyway..

Stagwell is actually a better fit than any of the top 4 IMHO

He won’t sell it cheaply.

He is driven by money and reputation.

If the price was right (135p+?) that would also be enough to restore his recently slightly tarnished reputation.

I don’t see MS as an obstacle to a takeover.

It depends who it is and more importantly the price.

That attack on Pmh was both abhorrent and unwarranted.
