We can sell within 90days as can most.

There are no restrictions.

Only restrictions are on ‘insiders’ ie company employees etc.

Its a usual general clause used for all offerings.

The lock up period is totally usual and applies to the Company ie THG.

So insiders only.

Following the Placing, the Company shall be subject to a lock-up period of 90 calendar days following admission of the Placing Shares ("Admission"), subject to waiver by Barclays Bank PLC ("Barclays") and Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies", and together with Barclays, the "Joint Global Coordinators"), who are acting as joint global coordinators in relation to the Placing, and to certain customary exceptions.

We wont get the final terms and details of the proposed demerger until early November- no exact date.

Ok didn’t realise they held that much at a higher price but they would certainly be shorting despite their principles.

Yes it makes no sense for QAI to do that as long as they believe Matt will follow through with the demerger.

Really hoped he would sell it to private equity but he found a solution to crush his shareholder opposition.
