It was trading at 27p and only leapt to 40-36p after a potential bid was announced.

The share price prior to any discussions was so low confidence in the BOD is already pretty non existent.

They would just open direct discussions with any potential bitter.

Suspect the executive board realise they are dead men walking whatever they do? Although I suspect theit reputations are best served by seeking the best offer for shareholders at this point?

Would have been off book trades given the size so can report whenever and likely amalgamate with others.
