I read all these contributions with interest and it is fascinating to speculate how large shareholders were dissuaded from taking a 190p+ bid in these uncertain times?
However in my view it couldn’t have been another jam tomorrow argument?
It must be something that is 100% certain and can be implemented in haste?
The current share price is 76p and they turned down 190p+ and these large shareholders are accountable for their decisions.
On the surface it looks like a mad decision so they will need to provide an answers very soon.

I think it was strong wording in the RNS that spooked the market.
It was obvious that they refused to enter a formal dialogue with potential credible buyers.
That’s what spooked the market further.
It’s OK for MM to believe his company is worth more than the market has determined but he must prove it to others.

Just frustrated with THG BoD.
Currently 75p if it makes it back to the mid 90s I will be happy and out.

Yes others read the situation with MM better than us and exploited that knowledge.

I think the BOD have made a huge mistake.

The stock market has already determined the value of THG.
I might think my house is worth £10m but if the market values it at £1m I should probably discuss offers around that level.
I am sure others will disagree but that’s my view.

We don’t know what all the offers were?
The company has not disclosed that information.
It’s not just the bidders that have been denied transparency.
