Yes THG is highly volatile especially when awaiting RNS.
Still below Friday’s exit price but I did add a few back earlier.
As many have said earlier you can’t buy and hold but continually trade this share.
Checking the technicals is an essential part of the process.

I mentioned in an earlier post that I bought back after update but I didn’t give a price?
I was hoping MM would for once do as he suggested but …..?
I have taken money off the table for a slight loss as the technicals turned dire last week.
Will use elsewhere short time.
Let’s see what happens next week but if this continues to slide I will likely do the same again.
I am hopeful that this will turn soon once the new active investor makes his presence felt but the market has lost faith in MM delivering.
His promised Whale hasn’t arrived.

Sadly you are right.
His mentioning of the imminent new accounts/Whales did nothing to prevent the slide after trading update but just set up another expectation from PIs and the market in general.
He set himself up to disappoint all yet again.

MA 50 at 56.18p
At the moment technically this is the very definition of a ‘strong sell’.
I will keep hoping for positive news.

I reduced my position in THG in recent days.
MA 100 now at 54.76p and we are now below all others.
Without that promised and much discussed Whale account and subsequent RNS the technicals couldn’t be much worse.
I still have a large (likely too large) position here but it’s not on leverage and it can turn quickly IF we get the right news for once.
Maybe our new active investor will come to our aid but not entirely convinced.
