The Chairman would have to be working with the Major Institional Shareholders and Kelso/Sparta.
Interesting theory anyway.

No idea if it's true but it has to be a possibility.

Interestingly enough the rumour comes from the longs not the shorts.
My understanding is the role of Kelso and Sparta is to stop the possiblity of MM taking it out low.
So drive the share price back up.

No idea what’s true and what’s untrue about MM anymore but he certainly has raised my concerns.
Time will tell.

…and prevent MM from taking it private at next to nothing after first talking up Q4 numbers in Oct then trashing it with a visible colossal miss in Jan?
This is also part of the rumours but I am not convinced about this part? - yet anyway.

It’s clear to all the activist shareholders are working with the major remaining institutional shareholders.
In fact the rumour is that it’s the institutional share holders that brought them in to help them steer Matt Moulding’s path.

The new CFO has just been around the major institutional shareholders (and had the Kelso visit) and so if he now announces an appalling or ‘kitchen sinked’ Q1 23, he and MM will be out PDQ.

Would be good to have a weekend (or extended weekend) without our child like CFO opening his mouth to drive our share price down and attract even more ridicule.

He seems to be working for the short investors yet again? - That’s odd.

Recently not followed the Nasdaq.
Either gone it’s own way or closer to Dow.
If we had followed the Nasdaq we would be higher than 65p.

If wanted the share price to rise why doesn’t he do the obvious things necessary?
In fact everything that Kelso suggested.
Starting with a timeline concerning the relinquishing of his Golden Share???

He did use the funds wisely.
Whether he sold or used them for leverage he used the funds wisely.
He is a billionaire and his shareholders lost 97%

He also invested his bonus wisely i.e. not in THG shares

Sadly down hill for all of us ever since.

The London THG listing made Matt Moulding a billionaire but his investors considerably poorer.
So why doesn’t Matt give something back to his shareholders for once by just releasing a timeline for their move to a premium listing? - An RNS with timings.
That would give us 10-20% on the share price immediately ahead of what could be a very shaky year end report on the 18th.
He has to do it by September anyway so why doesn’t he do the right thing for his shareholders who made him a Billionaire?

Can’t disagree with anything you said as it makes absolute sense.
I just wish the activists would either take control or force MM to change to avoid further shareholder losses. MM’s continual whinging about the LSE listing without recognising that the valuation erosion has been caused by his own behaviour and poor management adds weight to the urgency for change.

Sadly won’t provide much support to the share price come Tuesday open.
Let’s hope the US performs well tomorrow?
