What’s the mood internally?

Is it still business as usual day to days?

Suppliers/ equipment being delivered and sites/projects up and running?

Seems deadly quiet so just seeking some reassurance that business is still continuing as normal?

You don't understand what being taken out of the calculation of the FTSE indices means do you?

There is no conspiratorial plot but the BOD of Wood Group don’t wont to reopen (publish accounts) without a firm bid offering support to the share price.

Without that support there can be no plan B, C etc etc.

If this relists without an offer with from Sidara or anyone else we will all regret it including Carrot who took 10p from his spreadbetting company and closed out.

I am going with that there will be an offer from Sidara or they walk away by 28th July as I don’t believe the lenders will extend waivers beyond 30th July.

The accounts will follow so beginning August at the earliest.

Totally agree FCA has delayed it again just hours before the resolution at 35p.

As per Sky leak and FT comment.

I had dismissed the first reason as both the lenders and Sidara knew the accounts would not be ready by the end of June but it was set as the hard deadline anyway.

That leaves the second reason in my mind - Perhaps the most dangerous for us shareholders? Could they try to drop the 35p at this late stage?

Believe if they had made an earlier bid they could have avoided the FCA probe.

They did set hurdles initially (accounts, DD etc) but they could always have be lowered.

What are they waiting for know?
