The probe will no doubt eventually report everything as reported correctly by WG but Sidara were always going to quantify an additional unexpected risk,

It’s a HR/recruitment consultant issue.

That’s a credible suggestion of the original strategy from the BOD but the FCA probe has severely weakened the BODs negotiating position.

After Bob’s update which mirrored comments from other employees it’s clear that this needs to be resolved quickly now.

After all Wood Groups highly trained employees are the main asset.

Extension of temporary waivers and lender engagement

Further to the Company's announcement on 30 April 2025, Wood has agreed extensions to the temporary waivers under its committed debt facilities (initially valid through to 30 April 2025 and then extended to 30 June 2025) to 31 July 2025, and these waivers have been expanded to include the financial covenants in those facilities in respect of the financial period ending on 30 June 2025.

Remember next key deadlines are 28th July for Sidara offer/bid and 31st July for lender debt extension (all aspects).
