Sorry, why would you want to buy, because it’s a 75% discount to the VWap over the last five days?
Look at the fundamentals of what you are buying not a share price that is .25.
There are no fundamentals here the companies finished, and if you think that they’re going to find helium here, you have to be delusional
Why do you think it’s taken so long to announce his placing because they couldn’t find any buyers for the last seven days?
there is neon 500 million shares to flip, do you think you’re going to get any traction.
i would wait to buy below the placing price probably .23. there is no faith here in the board in the company or in this fun race as they haven’t raised enough for more than one drill, if there is a weather problem, a delay or another problem to the rig, they have zero funds for that.
on top of the money placed today, they still owe the operator from the last drill $3 million
these boards are sewing, and they still just sit there, taking their salaries every month when they **** up
it’s a **** show to say the least.
i would be buying them myself on a risk reward basis at 0.18
The company still owes $3 million for the last drill to the operator, and they’re struggling to get the funds done here. They needed $10 million, but only managed to get £5.8 million.
On top of this, the poultry sum put in by the directors to shows real faith in the company.
This company is bust, it’s all over, even .25 it’s over
Awful, placing, only enough to do one drill, will need loads more, that if there’s not winter delays, and look what the board is putting in
It’s absolutely laughable

The right prudent approach
The company is on an upwards trajectory though – announcing an impressive increase in earnings as it demonstrated some pricing power and managed to trim its still onerous debt pile.’
The company reported underlying profits of €977m (£836m) for the year to 30 September, more than double 2022’s €409m. Full-year revenues also surged from €16.5bn to €20.6bn year-on-year.
The company said it expected to see a strong year ahead with solid winter and summer bookings likely, prompting the company to forecast that revenues would grow by 10% year-on-year and underlying profits to rise by a quarter.
“Our guidance for 2024 is provided within the framework of the current macroeconomic as well as geopolitical uncertainties especially in the Middle East,” the company said. “It is based on the current positive booking momentum across both seasons.”
A huge re-rating is on the books.
This was priced for the Company to be not be able to service their high debt, similar to Carnival.
Yesterdays figures blew all of this out of the water. 25% uplift in profit for 2024, which is astonishing !!
Base this on a P/E of 4 against its peers, alongside bookings at at "an all time high" this will just reate.
See a £8.00 handle on this early next year, probably £6.50 by year end 2023.
We haven't rerated yet, against all of our peers.
Yes we have moved off the base, but off a very low base.

If i may step in here;
A default is a default if Vast cannot meet its obligations under the terms of the agreement and cannot pay the monthly interest on the bond, then the issuer can serve notice.
This is what will happen as they are a senior creditor here, and are secured.
This also means that they can have the parcel once handed over from Zim, and the value of the stones, to pay offer their security.
Its clear this is going to happen.
If i may step in here and add;
A default is a default, if
