There is a group of large investors currently working on calling a GM to remove the board of VAST.

Several emails as I understand it have gone to the Company and the Nomad, requesting certain information, and that the Company updates investors as to what the position is across all areas of the business.

Nevertheless, we will still be requesting a GM to be called, for certain resolutions to be passed and the removal of the board, and that the CFO be installed, whilst a complete investigation is carried out.

We have within our possession certain information that is not public, which has been shared by certain board members , which potentially will "shake up" things pertaining to the businesses across a number of areas.

We currently hold in excess of 8% of the shares, and urge shareholders to add to this, to enable ourselves to get this GM over the line

As I understand it, they have a lot of information and several larger shareholders backing the GM
They also have a lot of daming information, that the BOD would not want to be in the public domain
They also have very deep pockets to fight this, as well as bringing on a very high profile investagative journalist

We are building a case against the Company and would welcome some more input

They have the clout to get this through... think they have a lot of muck on AP too

This compsny was on its knees due to thir biggest shareholder pulling the rug from them, and calling their bluff

Tony stood his gound, and went out to the market with a £5m fund raise, instead he pulled it off with a £10m fund raise from mostly instos

This company has based, cashed up and now has the firepower to maximise the operations on all fronts.

At 6p we loved this, at 2.2p its a steal

Easy 100% return on this

Great time to place, only 10% higher than the IPO and with the roll out on course, cashed up
