Need a short term raise and then debt finance

Think we get a raise shortly, then debt finance

to fund the Camray acquisition

The problem at this stage is how much, as they will need funding for working capital too

With all due respect most drivers wouldnt know what to do with a share if they were given one, let alone have the ability to open a share dealing account.

So Prelea with MARCUS' and CRAIG'S influence have devised up an alternative mine plan that gives them an uplift of 65% in revenue, over 12 months gives a huge return, for $1m investment

This mine plan has been independently signed off by an external company
