I've been concerned about Yooya for some time as the updates do seem to be *ahem* a bit sparse, however according to LinkedIN there are 13 employees (or more) within Yooya. I thought it was interesting that the company appears to have an employee slant heavily towards sporting / gaming if my research is right. This is interesting because of the assets we have in LEAP and Mellon as a influencer. As i've said before no PI knows what is going on with Yooya. I seem to recall though that there was a hire whom had substantial IPO experience. Thoughts?

Yes its an odd cross-roads. All I know is there was a major investor at circa 17p, they had some level of confidence to put a couple of million in. Yet on the other hand the complete disregard for PI's and PR is an opposing voice. I guess Lorne is too busy with other agenda to provide updates, heck, he even doesn't turn up to events he is booked into which are to promote his company. For all we know this is a planned strategy to P-I-S-S off the small fry investors, keep the SP low and reactive their share buy back at all time low price. Who knows, only Lorne and Ed and neither are talking... My gut instinct tells me that for everything which I don't like about FFWD they are still better than most AIM companies. I suspect there are a LOT of investors who are thinking similar. What about LEAP? as Investors we have significant, if not a unique industry update happening in the gaming industry right now. Again, zero news from FFWD about the investment, the industry, no RNS relating to LEAP . No company blog post. Nothing. NADA. I do not understand why FFWD are not updating the company news on their website? The last news was JULY 2016? A GCSE webmaster could do better. If there cannot be RNS issued for whatever reason, there is NO reason why FFWD Innovations can not update their OWN website. For a company which has no products and is an investment fund one would think that PR would be significantly better than this. Such a shame that opportunities are being missed from what seems like a good company.

Paul Snow advised rather bravely on public forum that client names would be announced in Q1. It looks like this target will be missed and Paul has iterated this today again on public forum but also adding that M3 target will be met but client naming is /will be missed for Q1. its' on discord if you want the original thread or look at twatter for second hand info. For those who wanted clear detailing after waiting 100 days they are going to be pee'd off. For those who can wait a few weeks more, they are going to WIN. Topped up today, but i'm not thrilled I was expecting at least 1 of the 30 or so client names to be released. I'm expecting this to drop lower but achieving circa 50p upon real client names being relased, such is the nature of sentiment driven AIM AIMHO of course.

I've always enjoyed reading Paul Snows comments on Reddit but I don't the like his transgression of moving from the statement he has made of 'there will be client announcements made in Q1' to 'we are pushing'. My understanding of an NDA is they have a life span, Paul could have only told the market in public open forum that he will share client names if he was able to do so. Paul needs to make good on his Q1 statement and not leave it to the 11th hour to squirm out of this with a wishy washy statement. For everything that I like about Factom, I have no pleasure in them back wording.
