Yeh lots of news and good sounds coming from the portfolio and CEO, it all looks really promising.

I'd like to see more RNSs where sales / contracts have been agreed. For example, Factom have signed a deal for 1.5M UK contractors to use a Factom provided service, with an additional 30K contractors being registered into the system each month.

Surely this is newsworthy? On the basis that Factom has yet to release official names one would think that :

A - the rerate / B round is going be stunning as no PIs really know what's going on
B - that Factom and Lorne / NED need to pull a finger out and start utilising the excellent results being achieved.

If the BoD.... made more use of PR outside of Twitter (e.g. their website, podcast, vox etc) the good news about Factom B seed finance, Factom client names were released, a RNS about the true NAV for June and July etc.

We'd see more than likely see a rise of NAV to circa 17p and a boost to SP possibly, some might say at a level of circa 20-30p near term.

The FCT federated servers have wide range of development being undertaken, there is plenty to see about how FCT, and Factom protocol is being used at discord. Here is one link you might find interesting :

There are a number of companies all building code / app which use Factom. Numbers of these are coming online in the near term, WDIK they already may be in use commercially. Just as Dloc and Harmony are.

Yes - the annual report last year (see RNS Dec 2017 said that Yooya set a new sales record in October 2017. It went on to say they were expecting record sales in Q4. I for one believe that Vemo,factom and yooya have gone much better than most expect. Today a precedent was set in China with Factom being used in law as data which is absolute. AIM = so much manipulation. Would love to know why the SP didn't even twitch? this morning no carry through if they were delayed trades, appears to have opened at same levels.

I think the difference here, is that if you did such, you'd be selling hotdogs at the side of road...!!! it's not possible to compare yourself to Jim Mellor...ever.. or the investment and company being set up. If you invest 7.5 Million USD of your own resources into a company, then feel free to compare. sheesh.

I looked at this as a potentially GOOD investment for FFWD. As matador rightly said, both Lorne and Jim have vested interest personally with own funds. Does FFWD not say that they invest in seed funds which are not normally accessible to private investors? Well, that is exactly what they have done, invested to a growth market backed with individuals and companies who have proven records or investing and seeing a return on their investment.

Don't think us PI's have any answers just informed guesses, If there is not a RNS next week which informs of :: - Aphria and legalisation (there has been a RNS from them, so one would think there is a RNS requirement here to inform shareholders of legislation change) - The Factom investee meeting Lorne attended and then decided to not share information with shareholders officially. All that is given is a tweet saying it's all good. - The LEAP saga.... when, what, who? - The commercial contracts won by our other PF investments... etc etc Then there is a underlying reason why news is not being shared IMHO. Be aware, if there is a reason to make PI sell up, then putting a stop on news is an easy way. Easy to get PIs frustrated. Hard to get them to sell shares when there is activity. IMO DYOR

all over the place today, I was going to comment but forgot. Digital team dont need to be hundreds strong, we're not drilling, exploration and production, product makers, etc etc A substantial revenue could be made with a team less then < 20 in the digital space. Looking at the YOOYA LinkedIN staff, it would appear there are account managers and BD's these are only required if there are active clients IMHO.
