The minister of minerals, honorable Mr. Million Mathews, is participating in the Africa down under mining conference that is being held in Australia.

At the conference, a statement has been given on the mineral resources and investment options of Ethiopia. The minister has called on international companies to engage in gold mining, oil and natural gas development, fertilizer production and other sectors. They have assured them that the government will provide full support to international companies that work in the sector.

It looks all good but should have waited till people had absorbed the news from yesterday. I get the impression it is half the update really done the work but waiting on the resource upgrade
