Well, that was as clear a mud Ashley, I hope the rest of your RNS's enlighten us more about the way forward with 88E?
I was invested in 88E and top sliced just before the crash.
Like many of you investors I felt really cheated having spent two years building an investment in something that I know has massive potential only to be let down by equipment failure at the last hurdle. A true fcuk up. I managed to get out at about 1.15p
I am now re-invested in other mining and energy stocks and will be coming back to 88E in the autumn. I don't see the point of getting invested in it at present as the day traders are poking at it like a cork on water. When it's back at 0.5 or better that's when I'm back. Hopefully the new boss will organise a few drills before the first quarter 2020.
But unfortunately it's true.
Nieve investers can be influenced by such unsubstantiated crap.
Anyway, enjoy your easter break, but, I would advise you that on tuesday, in my opinion, 88E will hit the market at 25p so get ready to sell.
BS.
Talk is cheap.
I can say anything on here, like I bought a million shares this morning in 88E and sold them at close for a profit of £2000.
Who is to know that is true?
It's all bullshat hiding behind the internet media cloak of you don't know who I am, so I can say anything and you can't find me, cowardly.
Considering that everyone knows tomorrow is the last day of trading this share before Easter and we have 4 non trading days in the UK it could get quite interesting. Today saw a 50% rise, if we get the same tomorrow that takes us to nudging 7.5p.
However, there is the thought that 'If you don't get into 88E on Thursday the results on Tuesday may put this out of your reach'
Because of the relentless US market pressure this week, I am going to put my neck out and say the momentum tomorrow will pull this along into the 8 to 10p region, so I personally will be monitoring from early morning and won't be shocked to see a 6 to 8p SP at the start. Get ready with the sell button by the time the US market opens after 2pm in the UK.
Yes, it's magical, mystical, romantic. Lovely way of thinking.
88E has had some bad luck drilling, that's all changed.
All the info, so far is indicating we have dipped our wick into something exciting.
We have all seen such penny stocks start at way less than a penny and end up in pounds and we have regretted missing that train for a number of reasons.
I think this 88e train left the station on monday, so you had better put your running shoes to join the biggest Alaskan Oil Rush ever.
The yanks are going to over-react, as always. The smell of oil makes them rabbid.
Keep your calm,
Just choose the best time to exit.
No chance disc0dave, put your hands deeper in your pocket.
Read what's been going and you will pay a lot more if you want in.
It's still cheap, so my advice is buy and hold, you could be celebrating your birthday early.
In the UK we will have a mini heat wave tomorrow courtesy of southern europe, a nice 24 C.
That will coincide nicely with the 88E price of 5p. I will celebrate with a can of fosters, thanks Aussie mates!
After this no one's going to be selling. The price should go ballistic.
Will buyers please form an orderly queue with their wheel barrows filled with bars of gold.
It's facinating that we have three markets dealing with 88E, in different time lines.
The Uk AIM market seems to lag behind the rest, but hey, it's a good ride and am enjoying!.
I am going to be knackered in the morning watching this pan out, but it does not happen very often having a red hot gusher.
If you are invested here, enjoy the ride, time your exit well, but if you stay it could be a bare knuckle ride.
Back in the old Texas Oil days you only had to thrust a shoval in the ground and oil gushed.
Alaskan oil is different.
It's way down below ground, compacting there after millions of years the forests and vegetation , layer upon layer are holding huge volumes of gas and black gold.
Chosing the very place to drill is very important, you can miss the resevoir by half a mile. Once you have found it you know you are going to draw from a huge pool of oil.
So much for getting a good night's sleep, I don't think.
I'll set the alarm for every hour with a can of fosters each time and try and get through the night.
It was around 4p and many of us regreted not selling then.
Just taken my Covid-19 mask off and I can definitely smell old fashioned oil, the stink is marvelous.
I am not invested here, I was just browsing AIM and took a look and make a few observations.
Are the directors here for a free lunch?
Started in 2005, that's 16 years to make something of this business and the share price seems to have banged along the floor.
Media companies are supposed to be dynamic, from what I can see here MDZ appears to be all mouth and no trousers?
If you are invested in AIM as I am you quickly sort out the racehorses from the nags.
After a year in Covid-19 lockdown there are loads of media bright sparks waiting in the wings to cash in on the Brexit/covid Potential and relaxations.
Please tell me why I should invest here?
With Australian, USA and UK stock markets focused on this huge potential oil acreage the SP could go way beyond all predictions, so fingers on the sell buttons!
I have been invested here since the 4p share price days when there was much optimism on that drill, it sunk like a lead balloon to around 0.3p and I was gutted.
My average is now 1.3p and I am sure there are many medium size investors in at around that SP who are hoping for 4p and better as we approach the drill bottom.
The difference this time is the 3D survey, close proximity to oil producing wells and President Biden's blocking permits for the time being in Alaska, all puts great focus on this drill. The US punters are going to be rabid for this. I have two plans in mind, the first one is very simple. Should the SP be driven just plain silly through 10p in the next few days then I sell, thank you very much.
As we get closer to the drill bottom with an Sp of around 5p then I sell 50% of my holding and say a few hail mary's for the 50% I leave in.
Tomorrow, Tuesday 23rd, I am expecting 2.5p , but there's no accounting for the herd mentality and no one can predict that when so much heavy money is already in there ready to be snatched out on strong rises and a crashed SP.
It would be nice for me to post tomorrow that I snatched my investment out at 10p and I will say my bye byes and best of luck.
Within the last 24 hour 'Piranha' feeding frenzy of 88e with lots of £50 to £100k lumps bought, it might suggest that there could be a news leak that black gold has indeed shown itself? If this were to be true then it would indicate that it may have been penetrated at less than 1000 feet depth? With a terminal drilling depth of 6000 feet this would beggar the question, if the black stuff continues to surface at the drill head, while drilling down to that terminal depth, then the resevoir could be huge? All supposition of course, but if it were true , the £20 party might be on? Any opinions?
Why was the electric car developed? it was the first step towards a much cleaner planet and trying to reduce warming of the atmosphere. There was a need and engineers and scientists found a way to produce EV's which could be used every day. The electrical energy to power them is still partly produced in a dirty and inefficient way. The engineers and scientists now have to harness all the forms of free energy on our planet to make Hydrogen production economic, including the use of solar, wind, tidal, earth's magma thermal potential, Hydroelectris and the natural, 24 hour flow of even small rivers. Our earth has enough of these forms of free energy to generate the hydrogen required. Scientists have now proved that hydrogen can be stored in, and retrieved from chemical compounds to be used at a later date on demand. The simple fact that when hydrogen is burned what results is energy release and the production of water with no carbon or sulphur polluting products is the Holy Grail. Water is everywhere on our planet so even the most poor and remote people can make use of it if the production, storage and handling can be perfected. The imbalanced energy equation for the production of hydrogen is like an itch we continually want to scratch, there is a solution and it will be found. Oil is killing our planet.
